Abstract
Claims
1. An extraction unit, comprising: A frame; An extraction slide rail is located adjacent to the frame. An extraction platform is adapted to carry stacked items. The extraction platform is slidably disposed on the extraction slide rail and the frame and can slide into the frame. At least one lifting member is located in the frame and movably connected to the extraction platform. The at least one lifting member is adapted to lift the stacked items. And an extraction module, mounted in the frame and adapted to extract stacked items from the at least one lifting member, the extraction module including: an extraction body; and two retaining members movably connected to the extraction body and arranged opposite to each other, the two retaining members each including at least one retaining portion, and each of the at least one retaining portion including: an extension section; and an extraction section connected to the extension section and deflected relative to the extension section.
2. The extraction unit as claimed in claim 1, wherein the extraction platform includes at least one support member, and the at least one support member and the at least one lifting member are spaced apart from each other.
3. The extraction unit as claimed in claim 1, wherein the at least one lifting member is a plurality of members and includes at least one main lifting member and a plurality of peripheral lifting members, the at least one main lifting member is disposed among the plurality of peripheral lifting members, and the area of the at least one main lifting member is greater than the area of any one of the plurality of peripheral lifting members.
4. The extraction unit as claimed in claim 1, wherein each of the at least one retaining portion further includes a limiting segment disposed on the extension segment or the extraction segment and deflected relative to the extension segment or the extraction segment.
5. The extraction unit as claimed in claim 1, wherein the extraction module is adapted to move relative to the extraction platform along an extraction direction, and the at least one lifting member and each of the at least one holding members are spaced apart or staggered from each other in the orthographic projection of the at least one holding member in the extraction direction.
6. The extraction unit as claimed in claim 1, wherein the extraction platform includes two relatively configured limiting members, the at least one lifting member being adapted to move relative to the extraction platform along an extraction direction, the two limiting members being adapted to move relative to the at least one lifting member along a closing direction, and the extraction direction and the closing direction being non-parallel to each other.
7. The extraction unit as claimed in claim 1 further includes a temporary storage platform configured adjacent to the extraction platform, and the temporary storage platform includes a plurality of rollers.
8. The extraction unit as described in claim 7 further includes: Another frame is located on one side of the temporary storage platform; An auxiliary extraction platform is configured within this other frame; At least one auxiliary lifting member is mounted in the other frame and movably connected to the auxiliary extraction platform; and an auxiliary extraction module is mounted in the other frame and adapted to extract the stacked material from the at least one auxiliary lifting member.
9. The extraction unit as described in claim 1 further includes: An extraction sensor is disposed on one of the two holders; and a plurality of phase sensors are disposed on the extraction platform.
10. A stacking system, comprising: An extraction unit as described in claim 1; The system also includes a stacking unit, configured adjacent to the extraction unit and comprising: a stacking device; and a stacking module, comprising: a stacking body connected to the stacking device; a stop member connected to the stacking body; a transport member movably connected to the stacking body; and a clamping member slidably connected to the stacking body, wherein the stop member is disposed between the transport member and the clamping member.
11. The stacking system as claimed in claim 10, wherein the stacking device is a robotic arm.
12. The stacking system of claim 10, wherein the stacking unit further includes a stacking rail and the stacking device is slidably disposed on the stacking rail.
13. The stacking system of claim 10, the stacking module further comprising at least one suction member connected to the stacking body and disposed between the transport member and the clamping member, wherein the length of the at least one suction member protruding relative to the stacking body is less than or equal to the length of the abutment member protruding relative to the stacking body.
14. The stacking system as claimed in claim 10, wherein the stacking module further includes an elastic member disposed on the abutment member.
15. The stacking system as claimed in claim 14, wherein the stacking module further includes an impact sensor connected to the elastic member.
16. The stacking system of claim 10, wherein the shipment comprises a plurality of shipment portions arranged at intervals from each other, or wherein a clearance gap is formed between the plurality of shipment portions.
17. The stacking system as claimed in claim 10, wherein the clamping member is also rotatably connected to the stacking body.
18. The stacking system as claimed in claim 10, wherein the stacking module further comprises: A stacked object sensor is configured adjacent to the abutment; And a baggage sensor, configured adjacent to the baggage item.
