Abstract
Claims
1. An electronic device comprising: One monitor; A first color light sensor is disposed on the display and used to sense an ambient light; The processor is electrically connected to the display and the first color light sensor and is used to adjust the brightness and color temperature of the display according to the brightness and color temperature of the ambient light. The processor is adapted to control the display to project a first white image in a dark environment and to make the first color light sensor sense the reflected light after the first white image is reflected by a specific color card. The processor then corrects the first color light sensor according to the reflected light.
2. The electronic device as claimed in claim 1, wherein when the reflected light does not conform to the color temperature consistency formula, the processor further corrects the first color sensor based on the reflected light, wherein the color temperature consistency formula satisfies the following formula: , , , where and are the x and y values of the specific color card under a standard light source in the color space, and and are the x and y values of the reflected light sensed by the first color sensor in the color space, and X, Y, Z are the three-color stimulus values of the specific color card under the standard light source or the color space sensed by the first color sensor.
3. The electronic device of claim 2, wherein the processor calculates a sensor correction matrix to correct the first color light sensor, wherein the sensor correction matrix satisfies the following relationship: , where is the sensor correction matrix, and are the tri-color stimulus values of the specific color card under the standard light source in the color space, and are the tri-color stimulus values of the reflected light sensed by the first color light sensor in the color space.

The electronic device of claim 3, wherein the processor calculates the corrected brightness and color temperature of the ambient light according to the sensor correction matrix: , where , and are the three-color stimulus values of the ambient light sensed by the first color light sensor in the color space, and , and are the corrected three-color stimulus values of the ambient light in the color space.
5. The electronic device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the processor controls the display to generate images based on a 3D lookup table.
6. The electronic device as claimed in claim 5, further comprising: A second color light sensor, electrically connected to the processor, is disposed within the display and is used to sense the second white image projected by the display. The color temperature consistency formula satisfies the following formula: , , , where and are the x and y values of the second white image sensed by the second color light sensor in the color space, and and are the x and y values of the ambient light sensed by the first color light sensor in the color space, and X, Y, Z are the three-color stimulus values of the second white image sensed by the second color light sensor or the ambient light sensed by the first color light sensor in the color space.
7. The electronic device of claim 6, wherein the processor calculates an ambient light correction matrix to correct the 3D lookup table, wherein the ambient light correction matrix satisfies the following relationship: , where is the ambient light correction matrix, and are the three-color stimulus values of the ambient light sensed by the first color light sensor in the color space, and are the three-color stimulus values of the second white screen sensed by the second color light sensor in the color space.
8. The electronic device of claim 7, wherein the processor corrects the R, G, B values corresponding to the generation of the second white screen in the 3D lookup table according to the ambient light correction matrix: , where , and are the corrected R, G, B values corresponding to the generation of the second white screen in the 3D lookup table, and , and are the R, G, B values corresponding to the generation of the second white screen in the 3D lookup table.
