Abstract

This invention relates to a fully recyclable tubular fabric structure, comprising: a main body, a first opening, a second opening, and an air layer. The main body is a tubular structure with openings at both ends, and includes an outer tubular portion and an inner tubular portion. The outer tubular portion surrounds the outer side of the inner tubular portion, and the outer tubular portion and the inner tubular portion are joined at their two ends to form the main body. The first opening and the second opening are respectively located at the two ends of the main body and are interconnected. The air layer is an interlayer between the outer tubular portion and the inner tubular portion. The inner tubular portion and the outer tubular portion are woven from air-textured yarn (ATY) of polyester. This invention solves the problem that traditional fiber objects cannot be fully recycled.

Claims

1. A fully recyclable tubular fabric structure, comprising: The system comprises a main body, a first opening, a second opening, and an air layer. The main body is a cylindrical structure with openings at both ends, and includes an outer cylindrical portion and an inner cylindrical portion. Both the outer and inner cylindrical portions are cylindrical structures with openings at both ends. The outer cylindrical portion surrounds the outer side of the inner cylindrical portion, and the outer and inner cylindrical portions are joined at their ends to form the main body. The first and second openings are located at the two ends of the main body and are interconnected. The air layer is a sandwich layer between the outer and inner cylindrical portions. The inner and outer cylindrical portions are woven from air-textured polyester yarn (ATY). The air-composite yarn is a composite yarn made by winding the outer yarn around the core yarn. The outer yarn is made of polyethylene terephthalate (PET), and the core yarn is a composite material of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) and polypropylene terephthalate (PTT), or a composite material of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) and polybutylene terephthalate (PBT).

2. A fully recyclable tubular fabric structure as described in claim 1, wherein, The outer yarn of the air-composite yarn has an X1 / Y1 specification, where X1 is a positive integer from 45 to 150 and Y1 is a positive integer from 72 to 288; and the core yarn of the air-composite yarn has an X2 / Y2 specification, where X2 is a positive integer from 30 to 100 and Y2 is a positive integer from 24 to 72.

3. A fully recyclable tubular fabric structure as described in claim 2, wherein, The X1 / Y1 specification of the outer yarn of the air-composite yarn is 50 / 72, 75 / 72, 50 / 144, 75 / 144, 100 / 144, 150 / 144, 50 / 288, 75 / 288, 100 / 288 or 150 / 288; and the X2 / Y2 specification of the core yarn of the air-composite yarn is 30 / 24, 50 / 34, 50 / 36, 75 / 34, 75 / 36, 100 / 68 or 100 / 72; where X1 and X2 represent the fineness in denier, and Y1 and Y2 represent the number of individual fibers.

4. The fully recyclable tubular fabric structure of claim 3, wherein the surface of the air-composite yarn has a plurality of hair-like structures.

5. The fully recyclable tubular fabric structure of claim 1, wherein the outer tubular portion and the inner tubular portion are joined at their ends by a stitch made of polyester air-composite yarn or polyester draw-textured yarn (DTY).

6. The fully recyclable tubular fabric structure of claim 1, wherein the outer tubular portion and the inner tubular portion are integrally formed at one end and joined at the other end by a stitch made of air-composite yarn or stretch-textured yarn made of polyester.

7. A fully recyclable tubular fabric structure as claimed in claim 5 or 6, wherein at least a portion of the seam is not exposed on the outer surface of the body.

8. The fully recyclable tubular fabric structure of claim 1, wherein the diameter of the outer tubular portion is greater than or equal to the diameter of the inner tubular portion.

9. The fully recyclable tubular fabric structure of claim 1, wherein one or more of the following are added to the inner tubular portion, the outer tubular portion, or the seam: silver ions, activated carbon particles, collagen, essential oil microcapsules, or nano-ceramic particles.
