Pipe connection device for liquid cooling and heat dissipation

Abstract

The present invention relates to a liquid cooling heat dissipation pipe connection device, which mainly consists of a hollow support tube extending outward from the connector. The cooling pipe is divided into a welding area connected to the support tube and a transmission area not connected to the support tube. Simultaneously, a telescopic ring is compressed on the aforementioned welding area to make the spacing between the connecting segments in the welding area smaller than the spacing between the connecting segments in the transmission area. Finally, the welding area is welded and fixed to the connector and the support tube by a connecting layer. Therefore, the welding area has a thicker tube wall for stable and tight welding. Furthermore, the design of the support tube effectively eliminates stress acting on the connecting layer when the cooling pipe is stretched or bent, ensuring the airtightness of the welded connection layer and preventing potential leakage in the cooling pipe.
