Method for controlling refrigerator temperature in a commercial refrigerator

Abstract

This invention provides a method for controlling the temperature inside a commercial refrigerator, comprising the following steps: obtaining a refrigerant temperature value, an evaporator temperature value, and an internal temperature value of a commercial refrigerator; setting a fan stop temperature value and a fan start temperature difference value; during the period when a compressor of the commercial refrigerator is not running, when the refrigerant temperature value is greater than or equal to the evaporator temperature value and the evaporator temperature value is greater than or equal to the fan stop temperature value, turning off an internal fan installed inside the commercial refrigerator; and during the operation of the compressor, when the evaporator temperature value is greater than the refrigerant temperature value, turning on the internal fan, and when the evaporator temperature value is less than or equal to a difference between the internal temperature value and the fan start temperature difference value, turning on the internal fan.

Claims

1. A method for controlling the temperature inside a commercial refrigerator, comprising the following steps: obtaining a refrigerant temperature value, an evaporator temperature value, and an inside temperature value of a commercial refrigerator; setting a fan stop temperature value and a fan start temperature difference value; during the period when a compressor of the commercial refrigerator is not running, when the refrigerant temperature value is greater than or equal to the evaporator temperature value and the evaporator temperature value is greater than or equal to the fan stop temperature value, turning off an inside fan installed inside the commercial refrigerator; and during the operation of the compressor, when the evaporator temperature value is greater than the refrigerant temperature, turning on the inside fan, and when the evaporator temperature value is greater than the refrigerant temperature value, turning on the inside fan, and when the evaporator temperature value is less than or equal to a difference between the inside temperature value and the fan start temperature difference value, turning on the inside fan.

2. The method for controlling the temperature inside a commercial refrigerator as described in claim 1, wherein the evaporator temperature value is obtained by an evaporator temperature sensor located adjacent to an evaporator in the commercial refrigerator.

3. The method for controlling the temperature inside a commercial refrigerator as described in claim 2, wherein the refrigerant temperature value is obtained by means of an intake temperature sensor disposed in front of an intake port of the compressor.

4. The method for controlling the temperature inside a commercial refrigerator as described in claim 3, wherein the temperature value inside the refrigerator is obtained by means of a temperature sensor disposed inside the commercial refrigerator.

5. The method for controlling the temperature inside a commercial refrigerator as described in claim 1, wherein a controller is used to set the fan stop temperature value and the fan start temperature difference value.

6. The method for controlling the temperature inside a commercial refrigerator as described in claim 5, wherein the controller receives the refrigerant temperature value, the evaporator temperature value, and the temperature inside the refrigerator, and turns the refrigerator fan on and off.

7. The method for controlling the temperature inside a commercial refrigerator compartment as described in claim 6, wherein the controller is a PID controller.

8. The method for controlling the temperature inside a commercial refrigerator compartment as described in claim 1, wherein the fan stops at a temperature between -25°C and 25°C.

9. The method for controlling the temperature inside a commercial refrigerator compartment as described in claim 1, wherein the fan start-up temperature difference is between 0°C and 10°C.
