Manufacturing method and structure of adhesive tape labels with complete patterns that can be torn off

Abstract

This invention proposes a method for manufacturing adhesive tape labels with a complete tear-off pattern, comprising: taking a continuous adhesive tape body; printing several discontinuously arranged label patterns on the surface of the adhesive tape body; applying an adhesive layer to the back of the adhesive tape body; forming several discontinuously arranged non-stick areas on the adhesive layer on the back of the adhesive tape body; providing several discontinuously arranged pre-tear lines on the adhesive tape body, the pre-tear lines being located at the front edge of the non-stick areas, and setting a pattern marking area behind the non-stick areas on the adhesive tape body, the label pattern being set in the pattern marking area, and the rear edge of the pattern marking area corresponding to another pre-tear line; and performing a cutting operation to form several roll-type adhesive tape individuals. In this way, the printed pattern can be positioned at a preset accurate position on the continuous label, so that the removed label pattern has a complete display, and the label pattern has an overall display consistency, thereby ensuring the quality of the label.

Claims

1. A method for manufacturing an adhesive label with a fully removable pattern, comprising: Take a continuous tape body and print several discontinuous label patterns on its surface. Apply an adhesive layer to the back of the tape body. Form several discontinuous non-stick areas on the adhesive layer on the back of the tape body. These non-stick areas are formed by bonding an adhesive film to the adhesive layer. Provide several discontinuous pre-tear lines on the tape body. The pre-tear lines are located at the front edge of the non-stick areas. Set a pattern marking area behind the non-stick areas on the tape body. The label pattern is set in the pattern marking area, and the rear edge of the pattern marking area corresponds to another pre-tear line. Perform a cutting operation to make several rolls of label tape.

2. The method for manufacturing an adhesive label with a tearable complete pattern as described in claim 1, wherein the label pattern includes text, graphics or markings.

The method for manufacturing a tape-type label with a complete pattern that can be torn off as described in claim 1, wherein a front edge of the pattern marking area is defined as a pattern marking area front edge line, such that the pattern marking area is formed between the adjacent front edge of the pattern marking area and the rear pre-tear line, and the non-stick area is formed between the adjacent front pre-tear line and the rear front edge of the pattern marking area.
