Abstract
Claims
1. A power dispatching system, comprising: A sensor configured to sense grid power in a local power grid to provide a sensing signal; A functional device includes: a power compensation circuit connected to the regional power grid; at least one functional circuit; a battery module connected to the power compensation circuit and the at least one functional circuit, configured to store battery energy and provide the battery energy to the at least one functional circuit; a device controller connected to the power compensation circuit, the at least one functional circuit, and the battery module; and a management device connected to the sensor and the device controller, configured to notify the device controller based on the sensing signal, causing the device controller to control the power compensation circuit to use the battery energy to compensate for the grid power in the regional power grid, wherein the power compensation circuit uses the battery energy to compensate for a virtual power of the grid power, and wherein the power compensation circuit includes: A virtual power compensation circuit is connected to the battery module and configured to use the battery power to output a compensation power; and a compensation controller is connected to the local power grid and the virtual power compensation circuit and configured to sense a power factor of the local power grid to provide a control signal, wherein the virtual power compensation circuit responds to the control signal to output compensation power.
2. The power dispatching system as described in claim 1, wherein the functional device further includes: A power supply is connected to the regional power grid, the at least one functional circuit, and the battery module, and is configured to use the power grid to supply power to the at least one functional circuit, the battery module, and the device controller.
3. The power dispatching system as claimed in claim 2, wherein the power supply regulates the amount of power supplied to the at least one functional circuit and the battery module based on a demand response.
4. The power dispatching system as claimed in claim 2, wherein the power supply regulates the amount of electricity supplied to the at least one functional circuit and the battery module based on a contracted capacity of the power grid.
5. The power dispatching system as claimed in claim 2, wherein the power supply charges the battery module when the power supply from the grid is higher than the power consumption of the at least one functional circuit.
6. The power dispatching system as described in claim 1, wherein: The management device uses the sensing signal to determine the frequency of the grid power, which is related to the power supply of the grid. When the frequency of the grid power decreases, the power compensation circuit uses the battery power to compensate for the power supply of the grid.
7. The power dispatching system as described in claim 1, wherein: The management device uses the sensing signal to determine the voltage value of the grid power, and when the voltage value of the grid power drops, the power compensation circuit uses the battery power to compensate for the voltage value of the grid power.
8. The power dispatching system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the power compensation circuit further comprises: A magnetic coupling element includes: a primary coil connected to the virtual power compensation circuit to receive the compensation energy; and a secondary coil connected to the regional power grid, wherein the secondary coil induces an induced energy based on the compensation energy located in the primary coil, and uses the induced energy to compensate the power grid energy.
9. The power dispatching system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the device controller senses a charge state of the battery module.
10. The power dispatching system as claimed in claim 9, wherein the device controller disables the power compensation circuit when the charge state is below a threshold.
11. The power dispatching system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the management device detects multiple power supplies corresponding to multiple power generation sources of the regional power grid and generates a carbon emission value for the regional power grid based on the power supplies and multiple carbon emission coefficients corresponding to the power generation sources.
12. The power dispatching system as claimed in claim 11, wherein the management device comprises: A detection circuit configured to detect the power supply of the power generation sources corresponding to the regional power grid; a carbon emission coefficient database configured to record the carbon emission coefficients; and a calculation circuit connected to the detection circuit and the carbon emission coefficient database, configured to generate the carbon emission value based on the power supply and the carbon emission coefficients.
