Abstract

A connecting buckle includes a C-shaped buckle body with an opening on the front side. The buckle body has a buckle head and a pivot portion adjacent to the upper and lower ends of the opening. A gate rod body is pivotally connected to the pivot portion to close the opening. The outer peripheral surface of the gate rod body forms at least one annular groove and is combined with two spaced-apart washers. At least one washer is detachably embedded in the at least one annular groove. An outer tube that can slide along the two washers is then fitted around the gate rod body. The outer tube can move between a first position and a second position to cover or expose the overlap between the buckle head and the gate rod body. The present invention, by designing that at least one of the two washers can be detached from the buckle body, can improve the convenience of assembling parts and maintenance when it is necessary to install springs or other parts in the part of the gate rod body located between the two washers.

Claims

1. A connecting buckle, comprising: A buckle body is a C-shaped ring with an opening in the middle of the front side. The buckle body has a pivot part and a buckle head at the lower end and upper end adjacent to the opening, respectively. A gate rod body is pivotally connected to the pivot point at its lower end, and the upper end of the gate rod body is fastened to and overlaps with the buckle, thereby closing the opening of the gate rod body. Two annular grooves are formed on the outer circumferential surface of the gate rod body. Two gaskets are attached to the outer circumferential surface of the gate rod body, and the two gaskets are arranged in an up-and-down spaced manner. The two gaskets are respectively embedded in the two annular grooves. An outer tube is fitted around the gate rod body, and the inner circumferential surface of the outer tube slidably abuts against the outer surface of each gasket. The outer tube can move between a first position and a second position. When the outer tube is in the first position, the upper end of the outer tube covers the front side of the overlap between the buckle and the gate rod body. When the outer tube is in the second position, the overlap between the buckle and the gate rod body is exposed from the upper end of the outer tube. The two annular grooves are arranged with an upper and lower interval. A convex ring is formed on the upper side of the lower annular groove of the gate rod, and another convex ring is formed on the lower side of the upper annular groove of the gate rod. The two convex rings are spaced apart vertically, and a waist is formed between the two convex rings on the gate rod. The gate rod includes a gate rod body and a gate rod insulating layer. The gate rod insulating layer is divided into a first insulating layer and a second insulating layer. The first insulating layer covers the lower end of the gate rod body, and the second insulating layer covers the upper end of the gate rod body. The upper edge of the first insulating layer is spaced apart vertically from the lower convex ring, and the lower annular groove is formed between the upper edge of the first insulating layer and the lower convex ring. The lower edge of the second insulating layer is spaced apart vertically from the upper convex ring, and the upper annular groove is formed between the lower edge of the second insulating layer and the upper convex ring.

2. The connecting ring as described in claim 1, wherein the outer surface of each of the washers protrudes from the outer peripheral surface of the gate rod.

3. The connecting ring as described in claim 2, wherein the two washer rings are C-rings respectively.

4. The connecting ring as described in claim 2, wherein each of the gaskets has a gasket body, an insert is connected to the inner surface of each gasket body, each insert protrudes inward from the inner surface of each gasket body and is embedded in each of the annular grooves, and the inner surface of each gasket body abuts against the outer surface of each protruding ring.

5. The connecting buckle as described in claim 2, wherein the outer surface of the buckle body has a buckle insulation layer; and the outer surface of the outer tube has an outer tube insulation layer.

6. The connecting buckle as described in claim 2, wherein the pivot portion has an insert plate with a shaft hole; the lower end of the gate rod has a groove opening downwards, the groove extending through the front and rear sides of the lower end of the gate rod, and two pivot holes are formed on the left and right sides of the lower end of the gate rod, the two pivot holes communicating with the groove; the groove accommodates the insert plate, and the two pivot holes communicating with both ends of the shaft hole, a pivot element passing through the two pivot holes and the shaft hole, the pivot element having a head.

7. The connecting buckle as described in claim 6, wherein the upper end of the gate rod body forms a buckle groove with a front opening, the buckle groove engaging forward with the buckle; the upper end of the outer tube forms an opening notch with an upper opening; when the outer tube is in the first position, the opening notch faces a position opposite to the buckle groove, and when the outer tube is in the second position, the opening notch faces forward; a spiral spring is fitted onto the waist of the gate rod body, the two ends of the spiral spring being connected to the waist of the gate rod body and the outer tube respectively, the bottom edge of the outer tube is recessed to form an arc-shaped notch, the two sides of the arc-shaped notch each have a stop surface, the arc-shaped notch accommodates the head, and one of the two stop surfaces abuts against the head.

8. The connecting buckle as described in claim 7, wherein a pair of grooves are formed on the inner side of the buckle head, and a fixing hook is formed at the lower end of the buckle head, the fixing hook being adjacent to the lower edge of the pair of grooves; a sleeve opening and a through opening are formed on the front and upper sides of the buckle head groove, the sleeve opening being connected to the through opening, and a pair of hook portions are formed on the portion of the buckle head groove adjacent to the through opening; the pair of hook portions are inserted into the pair of grooves, and the fixing hook is embedded in the buckle head groove and located below the pair of hook portions.
