Abstract

A sand pumping and diversion pressure reducing device includes a main body, a sand replenishment frame, and an upper valve. The main body includes an input connector for connecting to a sand pumping pipe, an output connector for connecting to a sand conveying pipe and formed at the bottom of the main body, and an upper connector formed at the top of the main body. The sand replenishment frame is connected to the top of the main body and has a bucket body communicating with the upper connector. The upper valve is installed on the main body and can be driven to open or close the channel between the upper connector and the bucket body. Personnel can observe the ratio of sand and water entering the main body from the sand replenishment frame and can pour sand into the bucket body to mix with the sand and water inside the main body, quickly adjusting the sand and water ratio.

Claims

1. A sand-draining and pressure-reducing device, comprising: a main body including an input connector, an output connector, and an upper connector, the input connector being connected to a sand-draining pipe, the output connector being connected to a sand-transporting pipe, formed at the bottom of the main body and communicating with the input connector, the upper connector being formed at the top of the main body and communicating with the output connector; a sand-filling frame connected to the top of the main body and having a bucket, an observation platform, and a water-filling pipe, the bucket having a sand-filling channel communicating with the upper connector of the main body, the observation platform being mounted on one side of the bucket, the water-filling pipe extending into the sand-filling channel of the bucket and communicating with the input connector of the main body via a connecting pipe, the water-filling pipe including at least one outlet; and an upper valve installed on the main body and drivable to open or close the channel between the upper connector and the bucket.

2. The sand diversion and pressure reducing device as described in claim 1, wherein the connecting pipe is provided with a valve body that can open or close the connecting pipe.

3. The sand diversion and pressure reducing device as described in claim 2, wherein the water supply pipe includes a first branch pipe extending downward along the sand supply channel, and the first branch pipe has a plurality of water outlets arranged at intervals above and below.

4. The sand diversion and pressure reducing device as described in claim 3, wherein the water supply pipe includes a second branch pipe connected to the bottom end of the first branch pipe and extending laterally, and the second branch pipe has a plurality of outlets arranged laterally at intervals.

5. The sand diversion and pressure reducing device as described in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the sand replenishment channel gradually narrows downwards.

6. The sand diversion and pressure reducing device as described in claim 5, wherein the input connector is formed on the side of the main body and is located between the output connector and the upper connector.

7. The sand diversion and pressure relief device as described in claim 5, wherein the sand replenishment frame includes a monitoring device mounted on the observation platform.
