Abstract

This invention relates to a fluid control device, which includes a fluid pipeline, a fluid control module, and a magnetic control module. The first housing of the fluid pipeline includes an air inlet and an air outlet. The air inlet is connected to a first fitting of the fluid pipeline, and the air outlet is connected to a second fitting of the fluid pipeline. The fluid control module includes a second housing and a metal component. A first opening of the second housing is connected to a second opening on one side of the first housing. The metal component is disposed within the accommodating space of the second housing. The magnetic control module includes a first electromagnetic element, a second electromagnetic element, and a power control component. The first electromagnetic element is disposed opposite to the second opening, and the second electromagnetic element is disposed opposite to the first electromagnetic element on the outer side of the second housing. The power control component is disposed on the outer side of the fluid pipeline and is electrically connected to the first electromagnetic element and the second electromagnetic element.

Claims

1. A fluid control device disposed on a pipeline, the fluid control device comprising: a fluid pipeline including a first housing, the first housing including an inlet and an outlet, the inlet communicating with a first fitting of the pipeline, the outlet communicating with a second fitting of the pipeline; a fluid control module including a second housing and a metal component, the second housing including a first opening communicating with a second opening on one side of the first housing, the metal component disposed within an accommodating space of the second housing; and a magnetic control module including a first electromagnetic element, a second electromagnetic element, and a power control component, the first electromagnetic element being disposed opposite to the second opening, the second electromagnetic element being disposed opposite to the first electromagnetic element on the outer side of the second housing, the power control component being disposed on the outer side of the fluid pipeline and electrically connected to the first electromagnetic element and the second electromagnetic element; wherein... When the power control component controls the first electromagnetic element to be energized to generate a first magnetic attraction force, the first electromagnetic element attracts the metal part and makes a longitudinal displacement, so that the metal part is inserted into the first housing, and the fluid entering the fluid pipeline through the air inlet is cut off. Further, when the power control component controls the first electromagnetic element to be de-energized and the second electromagnetic element to be energized to generate a second magnetic attraction force, the metal part is attracted from the first electromagnetic element to the second electromagnetic element, and the metal part makes the longitudinal displacement into the accommodating space, so that the fluid pipeline is open, allowing the fluid to enter the fluid pipeline through the air inlet and flow out through the air outlet.

2. The fluid control device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the metal component uses a natural magnet or a man-made magnet.

3. The fluid control device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first electromagnetic element and the second electromagnetic element respectively comprise a coil and a metal element, the metal element being disposed through the coil.

4. The fluid control device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the metal element uses a natural magnet or a man-made magnet.

5. The fluid control device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the power control component includes a first power supply element, a second power supply element, and a control element, the control element being electrically connected to the first power supply element and the second power supply element, respectively.

6. The fluid control device as claimed in claim 5, wherein the first power supply element and the second power supply element are respectively a disposable battery or a rechargeable battery.

7. The fluid control device as claimed in claim 1 further includes a magnetic attractor disposed on one side of the second electromagnetic element, the magnetic attractor being used to attract the metal part.
