[0024] Please refer to Figures 1A to 1E, which are schematic diagrams of a chair seat belt device 100 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure from different perspectives; wherein Figures 1A and 1B are respectively a front view and a rear view of the chair seat belt device 100 disclosed herein, and Figures 1C to 1E illustrate schematic diagrams of the chair seat belt device 100 disclosed in use.

[0025] As shown in Figures 1A and 1B, the high chair safety belt device 100 disclosed herein includes a body 110, a shoulder strap assembly 120, a fixing strap assembly 130, a connecting strap assembly 140, and a seat cushion portion 150. Referring also to Figures 1C to 1E, in this embodiment, the body 110 of the high chair safety belt device 100 includes a first portion 111 and a second portion 112 corresponding to the child's abdomen and back respectively, and a third portion 113 connected between the first portion 111 and the second portion 112 and corresponding to the child's hips; wherein the first portion 111, the second portion 112, and the third portion 113 together define an accommodating space S for the child to be accommodated in a sitting position. In the embodiment disclosed herein, the body 110 of the high chair safety belt device 100 is made of a cushioning elastic fabric, which provides support to support the child sitting within the body 110 and stabilize the child's sitting posture in the accommodating space S. In one embodiment, the body 110 of the high chair safety belt device 100 may have a sandwich structure consisting of a cushioning layer sandwiched between inner and outer fabrics with a certain degree of support, so as to provide both comfort and safety for young children when they are riding in it.

[0026] As described above, the first part 111, the second part 112, and the third part 113 of the main body 110 correspond to the abdomen, back, and hip of the child, respectively. In other words, viewed from the front view shown in Figures 1A and 1C, the first part 111 of the main body 110 is located on the front side of the high chair safety belt device 100 (e.g., facing the dining table), the second part 112 is located on the rear side of the high chair safety belt device 100 (e.g., facing the back of the high chair), and the third part 113 connects between the first part 111 and the second part 112 and its width is smaller than that of the first part 111 and the second part 112, thereby forming a clearance space corresponding to the placement of the child's legs and allowing the legs to extend. In this embodiment, the height of the first part 111 and the second part 112 can be designed to provide stable support for the child's upper body without affecting the child's arm movements. For example, the height of the first part 111 can be designed to reach the chest of the child, while the height of the second part 112 can reach the shoulder blades of the child, so that the child can receive stable support when sitting in it.

[0027] As described above, in this embodiment, the third part 113 of the main body 110 of the high chair safety belt device 100 is connected between the first part 111 and the second part 112 and corresponds to the child's crotch. Its width is smaller than the first part 111 and the second part 112, thus forming a space that corresponds to the child's leg placement and allows for leg extension. In this embodiment, the third part 113 further includes pressure seam portions 1131 and 1132, which are respectively located on both sides 113L and 113R of the third part 113. The pressure seam portions 1131 and 1132 are neatly reduced in size to correspond to the child's crotch area. Through the installation of the pressure seam portions 1131 and 1132, the third part 113 of the main body 110 of the high chair safety belt device 100 has a soft and skin-friendly outer edge on both sides 113L and 113R (close to the child's thigh), avoiding excessive friction on the child's thigh. In other words, the width W1 between the pressure lines 1131 and 1132 is further smaller than the minimum width W2 of the third part 113, so that the outer edges of the third part 113 on both sides 113L and 113R can conform to the contour of the child's thigh and avoid the child from experiencing friction discomfort.

[0028] Referring further to Figures 1C to 1E, in one embodiment, the shoulder strap assembly 120 connects a portion of the upper edge 111U of the first portion 111 of the body 110 to a portion of the upper edge 112U of the second portion 112, thereby corresponding to the child's shoulder when the child is placed in the receiving space S. In this embodiment, the shoulder strap assembly 120 includes a first shoulder strap body 121 and a second shoulder strap body 122. One end of the first shoulder strap body 121 and the second shoulder strap body 122 are connected to a portion of the upper edge 111U of the first portion 111 of the body 110, and the other end is connected to a portion of the upper edge 112U of the second portion 112. In one embodiment, the first shoulder strap body 121 and the second shoulder strap body 122 can be made of the same fabric as the body 110, i.e., a sandwich structure with a cushioning layer sandwiched between inner and outer fabrics that provides some support, thereby relieving the pressure exerted by the shoulder strap assembly 120 on the child's shoulder. In one embodiment, the first shoulder strap body 121 and the second shoulder strap body 122 are provided with corresponding adjustment straps 123 and 124. By adjusting the length of the adjustment straps 123 and 124, the length of the shoulder strap assembly 120 can be adjusted accordingly. Specifically, the length of the adjustment straps 123 and 124 can be adjusted according to the child's height and shoulder height, so that the shoulder strap assembly 120 is either loosened (as shown in Figure 1C at the child's right shoulder) or tightened (as shown in Figure 1C at the child's left shoulder), so that the shoulder strap assembly 120 can be worn on the child with the most suitable length and tightness, providing the child with a fixed effect and stable support.

[0029] In this disclosure, the length adjustment of the adjustment straps 123 and 124 is achieved by, for example, using a D-ring buckle in conjunction with a pair of quick-release fasteners. Specifically, the adjustment strap 123 includes a fixing portion 123A and a connecting portion 123B. One end of the fixing portion 123A, near the forward side of the chair seat belt device 100, is fixed to the first shoulder strap body 121, thereby fixing it to the first part 111 of the body 110; the other end of the fixing portion 123A serves as a connecting end, which is connected to a female fastener 125A. The rearward end of the connecting portion 123B of the adjusting strap 123, near the high chair safety belt device 100, is fixed to the shoulder strap body 121, thereby fixing it to the second part 112 of the body 110. The other end of the connecting portion 123B serves as a connecting end, connected to a male insert 125B that matches the female buckle 125A, and threaded through, for example, a D-ring buckle 125C, to adjust the length of the connecting portion 123B of the adjusting strap 123 according to the child's height or shoulder height. Similarly, although not shown in the figure, the adjusting strap 124 also includes the same structure and configuration as the adjusting strap 123, also including a pair of male and female buckles constituting a quick-release connecting fastener, and adjusting the length of the connecting portion of the adjusting strap 124 according to the child's height or shoulder height using the D-ring buckle adjustment.

[0030] In one embodiment, the first shoulder strap body 121 and the second shoulder strap body 122 are respectively provided with their own limiting rings 127 and 128. The connecting parts 123B and 124B of the adjusting straps 123 and 124 can be passed through the limiting rings 127 and 128 respectively to limit them, so as to prevent the adjusting straps 123 and 124 from sliding or affecting the child's movements.

[0031] As shown in Figures 1B and 1D, in this embodiment, the fastening strap assembly 130 extends from the first side edge portions 111L and 111R on both sides of the first portion 111 of the body 110 (the front side of the chair seat belt device 100) toward the second portion 112 (the rear side of the chair seat belt device 100), and is detachably connected to the outer portion 112B of the second portion 112. Specifically, in this embodiment, the fastening strap assembly 130 includes a first fastening strap 131 and a second fastening strap 132, which are connected to the first side edge portions 111L1 and 111R1 of the first portion 111 of the body 110 with fixed ends 131A and 132A, respectively, and extend toward the second portion 112 with adjusting ends 131B and 132B. The fixing strap assembly 130 also includes a fixing portion 133, which is stably attached to the outer portion 112B of the second portion 112, for example, by heat-pressing or sewing, and has a first adjusting buckle 135 and a second adjusting buckle 136 connected to its two ends respectively; for example, the first adjusting buckle 135 and the second adjusting buckle 136 may be, for example, but not limited to, a D-ring buckle. In this embodiment, the first fixing strap 131 and the second fixing strap 132 may be hook and loop fasteners, and their respective adjusting ends 131B and 132B extend through the first adjusting buckle 135 and the second adjusting buckle 136 and are then folded back toward the first portion 111 of the body 110 (the front side of the high chair safety belt device 100) for hook and loop fastening, thereby adjusting the fixing length of the fixing strap assembly 130 according to the child's body shape (e.g., waist circumference) to stably fix the child in place while maintaining comfort. In other embodiments, the first fixing strap 131 and the second fixing strap 132 are not limited to the hook and loop fastener method; for example, the first fixing strap 131 and the second fixing strap 132 may be provided with Velcro, magnetic buckle, quick-release fastener, etc., to facilitate the reverse folding and fixing of their adjustment ends 131B and 132B.

[0032] In this embodiment, the first fixing strap 131 and the second fixing strap 132 can be made of the same fabric as the body 110, that is, a sandwich structure with a cushioning layer sandwiched between inner and outer fabrics that provides some support, thereby relieving the pressure exerted by the fixing strap assembly 130 on the child's abdomen. In other embodiments, the first fixing strap and the second fixing strap can also be made of elastic material, which can fit snugly against the child's body, and can further give the fixing strap assembly room for adjustment according to changes in the child's body shape.

[0033] As shown in Figures 1A, 1B, and 1E, in this embodiment, the connecting strap assembly 140 is connected to the second side edge portions 111L2 and 111R2 on both sides of the first portion 111 of the body 110, thereby forming a closed connecting portion 140C (shown in Figure 1E); the chair seat belt device 100 is stably fitted onto the chair back 10 via the closed connecting portion 140C. Specifically, in this embodiment, the connecting strap assembly 140 includes a first connecting strap 141 and a second connecting strap 142, the first ends (i.e., fixed ends) 141A and 142A of each of them being fixedly connected to the second side edge portions 111L2 and 111R2 on both sides of the first portion 111 of the body 110. The second ends (connecting ends) 141B and 142B of the first connecting strap 141 and the second connecting strap 142 are provided with connecting adjustment fasteners 143, thereby connecting the two connecting ends 141B and 142B to each other to form the closed connecting portion 140C. For example, the connecting adjustment fastener 143 may be, for example, but not limited to, a quick-release connecting fastener. The quick-release connecting fastener consists of a pair of matching female fasteners 143A and male plugs 143B, and may be used in conjunction with, for example, a D-ring, to adjust the length of the connecting strap according to the width of the high chair back and the size of the child, thereby adjusting the size of the closed connection part 140C and improving the stability of the high chair safety belt device 100 in connection with the high chair.

[0034] As explained above, in this disclosure, the securing strap assembly 130 for securing the child's body and the connecting strap assembly 140 for connecting the entire high chair safety belt device 100 to the high chair are independently and separately provided. This avoids the high chair safety belt device from creating space due to the difference between the child's body size and the width of the high chair back, which could cause the child to fall out or slip off, thereby further ensuring the safety of the child when riding in the high chair.

[0035] As shown in Figures 1B and 1C to 1E, the high chair safety belt device 100 of this embodiment includes a seat cushion portion 150. The seat cushion portion 150 includes a bag body 151 and a seat cushion body 152 placed inside the bag body 151. The seat cushion portion 150 is connected to the body 110 through the bag body 151. When the high chair safety belt device 100 is attached to the high chair, it is positioned in the high chair seat portion 15 for the child to sit on, thereby raising the child's height according to the dining environment (e.g., the height of the table and chair, the position of the plate, etc.).

[0036] Please refer to Figures 2A to 2D, where Figures 2A to 2C illustrate schematic diagrams of a high chair safety belt device 200 and its seat cushion portion 250 according to another embodiment of this disclosure, and Figure 2D schematically illustrates the retracted state of the high chair safety belt device 200. In this embodiment, the high chair safety belt device 200 has the same configuration and structure as the high chair safety belt device 100 shown in Figures 1A to 1E, including a body 210, a shoulder strap assembly 220, a fixing strap assembly 230, and a connecting strap assembly 240. The difference from the previous embodiment is that, in the high chair safety belt device 200 of this embodiment, the seat cushion portion 250 is detachably connected to the body 210, which facilitates storage when not in use.

[0037] In detail, in this embodiment, the seat cushion portion 250 mainly consists of a bag body 251 connected to the main body 210 and a seat cushion body 252 movably placed within the bag body 251. For example, the bag body 251 can be attached to the bag body 251 by means of Velcro 253A on its outer surface, which is attached to the Velcro 253B located at the bottom of the outer portion 212B (i.e., the rearward side of the high chair safety belt device 200) of the second portion 212 of the main body 210. In other embodiments, the bag body 251 can also be attached to the main body 210 by means of magnetic attraction, fastening, or adhesion. In one embodiment, the seat cushion body 252 is a soft structure with a certain degree of support and thickness, which is placed in the bag body 251 to elevate the child and provide a comfortable riding environment for the child. In one embodiment, the seat cushion body 252 can be an inflatable seat cushion that can be removed from the bag body 251 when not in use, and can be deflated to reduce its volume for easier overall storage. Furthermore, in one embodiment, in addition to the seat cushion body 252, the dining chair safety belt device 200 can be folded up and placed in the bag body 251 for easy storage and carrying, as shown in Figure 2D.

[0038] Please refer to Figures 3A to 3D, which illustrate schematic diagrams of a high chair seatbelt device 300 according to another embodiment of this disclosure. Figures 3A and 3B show a front view (outer side of the bib accessory 360) and a rear view (inner side of the bib accessory 360) of the bib accessory 360 of this embodiment, respectively. Figures 3C and 3D illustrate the combination and use of the bib accessory 360 with the high chair seatbelt device 300.

[0039] As shown in Figures 3A and 3B, in this embodiment, the bib accessory 360 includes a bib body 361 and a first attachment strap 363 and a second attachment strap 364 connected to the upper edge of the bib body 361. On the outer side of the bib accessory 360, as shown in Figure 3A, the bib accessory 360 of this embodiment further includes a receiving portion 365 and a hanging strap 366 on the bib body 361. The receiving portion 365 may have, for example, a bag-like structure, which can be used to temporarily place small items or to catch dropped food scraps. The hanging strap 366 is fixed to the bib body 361 and facilitates the hanging and storage of small items, such as pacifiers, for infants. As shown in Figure 3B, the bib body 361 has an inwardly formed fitting portion 361A (e.g., the fleece side of Velcro), and the first attachment strap 363 and the second attachment strap 364 have inwardly formed adhesive portions 363A and 364A (e.g., the hook side of Velcro) that can match and fit with the fitting portion 361A. Preferably, in this embodiment, the fitting portion 361A is provided on an entire inwardly surface of the bib body 361, and the adhesive portions 363A and 364A are also respectively provided on an entire inwardly surface of the first attachment strap 363 and the second attachment strap 364.

[0040] As shown in Figures 3C and 3D, when the chair seat belt device 300 and bib accessory 360 disclosed herein are to be used in combination, the first attachment strap 363 and the second attachment strap 364 of the bib accessory 360 can be extended through the respective limiting rings 327 and 328 on the first shoulder strap body 321 and the second shoulder strap body 322 of the shoulder strap assembly 320. After adjusting the first attachment strap 363 and the second attachment strap 364 to a suitable position and length, the adhesive portions 363A and 364A of the first attachment strap 363 and the second attachment strap 364 are adhered to the inner fitting portion 361A of the bib body 361 for fixation. In one embodiment, since the bib body 361 has an adhesive portion 361A formed on an entire inner surface, and the first attachment strap 363 and the second attachment strap 364 also have adhesive portions 363A and 364A formed on an entire inner surface, the position adjustment range of the bib accessory 360 can be increased during use, and it can be widely used to accommodate children of different heights and body types.
