Abstract
Claims
1. A method for authorizing the management of asset data, applied to a data management system, the data management system comprising a database storing a plurality of asset data corresponding to a plurality of assets; each asset data includes an identification code, and the identification code corresponds to one asset; the method for authorizing the management of asset data includes the following steps: A. An asset supplier device connects to the data management system and transmits an asset list request to the data management system; B. The data management system, based on the asset list request, searches for corresponding multiple asset data in the database to form an asset list and transmits it to the asset supplier device; C. The asset supplier device transmits a rental request to the data management system, the rental request specifying multiple of the asset data in the asset list to form a plurality of rental asset data, and the rental request specifying a lessee account; D. The data management system associates the rental asset data with the lessee account and generates an authorization code corresponding to the rental asset data; E. A. A lessee device connects to the data management system using its lessee account and transmits the authorization code to the data management system; F. The data management system generates a rental list based on the authorization code transmitted by the lessee device, the rental list including the rental asset data corresponding to the authorization code; the data management system transmits the rental list to the lessee device; G. The lessee device transmits at least one inbound request to the data management system, the at least one inbound request specifying at least a portion of the rental asset data in the rental list to form a plurality of inbound asset data; H. The data management system grants the lessee account access permission to access the inbound asset data in the database.
2. The authorized management method for asset data management rights as described in Request 1, wherein in step G, the at least one data entry request is one, and the data entry request specifies all of the leased asset data.
3. The method for authorizing the management of asset data as described in claim 1, wherein in step G, the at least one data entry request is multiple; the lessee device transmits these data entry requests to the data management system in installments.
4. The authorization management method for asset data management rights as described in claim 3, wherein the lessee's device has a radio frequency tag reading module, each asset is provided with a radio frequency tag, and the radio frequency tag has a corresponding identification code; wherein in step G, each entry request includes at least one identification code, the lessee's device reads at least one radio frequency tag through the radio frequency tag reading module to obtain the corresponding at least one identification code, and generates corresponding entry requests based on the at least one identification code obtained by the radio frequency tag reading module; the data management system searches for at least one leased asset data corresponding to the at least one identification code in the database based on the at least one identification code in each entry request, and sets the at least one leased asset data corresponding to the at least one identification code as at least one entry asset data.
5. The authorized management method for asset data management rights as described in claim 1, wherein each of the inbound asset data includes an inspection template and a usage record, the inspection template including a plurality of inspection items; the assets corresponding to the inbound asset data are defined as a plurality of inbound assets; each inbound asset is provided with a radio frequency tag, the radio frequency tag having a corresponding identification code; wherein step H further includes a pre-use inspection step, the pre-use inspection step including: A first electronic device is provided, which has a first RFID tag reading module. The first electronic device reads the RFID tag affixed to an inbound asset through the first RFID tag reading module to obtain the corresponding identification code. The first electronic device transmits the identification code to a data management system. Based on the identification code transmitted by the first electronic device, the data management system searches for the corresponding inspection template of the inbound asset data in the database and transmits the inspection items of the inspection template to the first electronic device. The first electronic device transmits an inspection result for each inspection item to the data management system. When the data management system determines that any inspection result is unqualified, it records an asset security status as unavailable in the usage record of the corresponding inbound asset data and sends a warning notification to the first electronic device.
6. The method for authorizing the management of asset data as described in claim 5, wherein the pre-use inspection step further includes: When the data management system determines that all the inspection results are in a qualified state, it records the asset security status as an available state in the usage record of the corresponding inbound asset data, and sends an availability notification to the first electronic device.
7. The method for authorizing the management of asset data as described in Request 5, the pre-use inspection steps include: A second electronic device is provided, which has a second RFID tag reading module. The second electronic device reads the RFID tag set on the inbound asset whose security status is unavailable through the second RFID tag reading module to obtain the corresponding identification code. The second electronic device transmits the identification code to the data management system. The data management system searches the database for the asset security status of the corresponding inbound asset based on the identification code transmitted by the second electronic device. When the data management system determines that the asset security status is unavailable, it sends another warning notification corresponding to the unavailable status to the second electronic device.
8. The authorized management method for asset data management rights as described in claim 6, wherein the data management system records the inspection results of each inspection item in the usage record of the corresponding inbound asset data.
9. The method for authorizing the management of asset data as described in claim 5, wherein the pre-use inspection step further includes a re-inspection step, which includes: A second electronic device is provided, which has a second RFID tag reading module. The second electronic device reads the RFID tag affixed to the inbound asset whose security status is unavailable through the second RFID tag reading module to obtain the corresponding identification code. The second electronic device transmits the identification code to the data management system. Based on the identification code transmitted by the second electronic device, the data management system searches the database for the corresponding asset security status of the inbound asset data and transmits the unavailable asset security status to the second electronic device. The second electronic device transmits a status change request to the data management system. Based on the status change request, the data management system changes the asset security status of the corresponding inbound asset data to an available status and transmits a change completion notification to the second electronic device.
10. The method for authorizing the management of asset data as described in claim 5, wherein the pre-use inspection step further includes a re-inspection step, which includes: A second electronic device is provided, which has a second RFID tag reading module. The second electronic device reads the RFID tag set on the inbound asset whose security status is unavailable through the second RFID tag reading module to obtain the corresponding identification code. The second electronic device transmits the identification code to the data management system. Based on the identification code transmitted by the second electronic device, the data management system searches the database for the corresponding inspection template of the inbound asset data and transmits the inspection items of the inspection template to the second electronic device. The second electronic device transmits the inspection result of each inspection item to the data management system. When the data management system determines that all the inspection results transmitted by the second electronic device are in a qualified state, it changes the asset security status in the usage record of the corresponding inbound asset data to an available state and sends a change completion notification to the second electronic device.
11. The authorized management method for asset data management rights as described in claim 10, wherein the review step further includes: When the data management system determines that any of the inspection results transmitted by the second electronic device is unqualified, the asset security status in the usage record of the corresponding inbound asset data is changed to a scrapped status.
12. The authorized management method for asset data management rights as described in claim 5, in step C, the rental request further specifies a rental period for the lessee's account, and the data management system records the rental period for the lessee's account; after step H, the method further includes: the data management system generates a usage report after the rental period ends, the usage report includes the usage records of each of the in-stock asset data, and transmits the usage report to the asset supplier's device.
