Shared Space Management System and Method Based on Automatic Triggering of Management Operations Upon Service Completion

Abstract

This invention is a shared space management system that automatically triggers management operations upon service completion. It includes a management server, service provider devices, and customer devices. After both the service provider and customer complete a service, the management server generates a completion confirmation record based on the confirmation information entered by the service provider. This record triggers billing, and multiple IoT devices installed in the shared space automatically detect the space's status. Access control is adjusted based on the detected status. If the space status is abnormal or inconsistent, the system notifies the management personnel for review and generates a record, thus improving the flexibility of shared space management.

Claims

1. A shared space management system based on automatic triggering of management operations upon service completion, used to manage shared spaces in a field. The shared space management system includes: a service provider device for inputting service provider information; a customer device for inputting reservation information, including a reservation time for using a shared space and at least one reserved service; and a management server communicatively connected to the service provider device and the customer device to receive the service provider information and the reservation information respectively. The management server includes: a processing unit; a storage unit connected to the processing unit and storing the service provider information, including a service timetable containing different available service time slots; an online reservation unit connected to the processing unit, generating a reservation record based on the reservation information output by the customer device; and a completion confirmation unit connected to the processing unit, generating a completion confirmation record based on an actual service item and an actual service start and end time provided by the service provider to the management server. The completion confirmation record includes at least an identification stamp of the service provider and a completion timestamp; a billing unit, connected to the processing unit, calculates a venue rental fee based on the completion confirmation record, and generates a payment completion message to the processing unit after receiving payment information corresponding to the venue rental fee; a space status switching unit, connected to the processing unit, changes the status of the shared space according to the completion confirmation record; an access control unit, connected to the processing unit, revokes an original access right to the shared space based on the completion confirmation record and relocks the shared space; a space status sensing and judgment unit, connected to the processing unit, receives venue sensing information generated by an IoT sensing device installed in the shared space, and determines the current status of the shared space based on the completion confirmation record and the venue sensing information.
