Abstract

This invention relates to a cannula for suturing minimally invasive surgical wounds, comprising a cannula body and a fixing ring. The upper end of the cannula body has a funnel-shaped opening with a decreasing diameter from top to bottom, while the lower end of the cannula body is cylindrical with a decreasing diameter from top to bottom. The sides of the cannula body are provided with elongated grooves, annular grooves, and a plurality of graduated grooves. The fixing ring is disposed inside the funnel-shaped opening at the top of the cannula body and is provided with a plurality of recesses. When performing minimally invasive surgical wound suturing, the suture forceps can ensure complete wound closure when suturing with the cannula.

Claims

1. A cannula for suturing wounds in minimally invasive surgery, comprising: A sleeve body has a funnel-shaped opening at its upper end, which gradually narrows from top to bottom, while its lower end is cylindrical, with the diameter decreasing from top to bottom. A fixing ring is located inside the funnel-shaped opening at the upper end of the sleeve body, and a plurality of parallel grooves are formed on it. The side of the sleeve body has a parallel elongated slot, an annular slot, and a plurality of graduated grooves. The elongated slot is formed by extending downwards along the side of the funnel-shaped opening. The annular slot is located on the side wall of the sleeve body between the funnel-shaped opening and the cylindrical shape. The plurality of grooves correspond parallel to the elongated slot and the annular slot, respectively.

2. The suture for suturing a minimally invasive surgical wound as described in claim 1, wherein the suture body is made of a transparent material.

3. The suture for suturing a minimally invasive surgical wound as described in claim 1, wherein the bottom of the elongated slot and the bottom of the annular slot both pass through the same one of the plurality of graduated slots.

4. The cannula for suturing minimally invasive surgical wounds as described in claim 1, wherein the plurality of graduated grooves are equally spaced.

5. The cannula for suturing a minimally invasive surgical wound as described in claim 1, wherein the funnel-shaped opening, by means of the beveled sidewall formed by its gradual narrowing from top to bottom, allows a suture clamp to be inserted into any of the plurality of grooves of the fixing ring at a specific angle into the annular slot or the elongated slot located on the parallel opposite sides of the plurality of grooves.

6. The cannula for suturing a minimally invasive surgical wound as described in claim 5, wherein the specific angle is 15° to 60°.
