Abstract
Claims
1. A method for improving the detection of asthma and allergy risk in children, comprising the steps of: mixing a liquid with a phosphate buffer in deuterated water to obtain a test sample; analyzing the test sample using a nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy analysis program to obtain sample spectral data, wherein the sample spectral data includes a butyrate spectrum and a short-chain fatty acid spectrum; transmitting the butyrate spectrum and the short-chain fatty acid spectrum to a PLS-DA in an electronic device NMRProcFlow for analysis, respectively, to obtain a butyrate percentage and an allergy risk assessment index; and when the butyrate percentage is less than a standard butyrate percentage in a database, and the average accuracy of the allergy risk assessment index is greater than or equal to 84%, a sensitivity is greater than or equal to 91%, and a specificity is greater than or equal to 82%, the NMRProcFlow indicates that a child has an asthma and allergy risk.
2. The method for improving the detection of asthma and allergy risk in children as described in claim 1, further comprising the steps of: taking a fecal sample from the child and subjecting the fecal sample to a freezing procedure at a certain temperature; and after the freezing procedure, diluting and homogenizing the fecal sample with deionized water, and then obtaining the liquid supernatant of the fecal sample by centrifugation, wherein, The liquid contains deionized water, a water-soluble metabolite and / or an intestinal microorganism.
3. The method for improving the detection of asthma and allergy risk in children as described in claim 2, wherein after the freezing procedure, the step of diluting and homogenizing the fecal sample with deionized water and obtaining a liquid by centrifugation includes the step of: placing the fecal sample at 4°C and centrifuging at 10,000 rpm for 30 minutes to obtain the liquid.
4. The method for improving the detection of asthma risk in children as described in claim 2, wherein in the step of taking a fecal sample from the child and subjecting the fecal sample to a freezing procedure at a temperature, the freezing temperature of the freezing procedure is between -70°C and -90°C.
5. The method for improving the detection of asthma risk in children as described in claim 2, wherein in the step of taking a fecal sample from the child and subjecting the fecal sample to a freezing procedure at a temperature of -80°C.
6. The method for improving the detection of asthma risk in children as described in claim 1, wherein when the butyrate percentage is less than a standard butyrate percentage in a database, and the average accuracy of one of the allergy risk assessment indicators is greater than or equal to 84%, a sensitivity is greater than or equal to 91%, and a specificity is greater than or equal to 82%, the standard butyrate percentage is between 6.3% and 13.9% in the step of the application displaying that a child has an asthma risk.
7. The method for improving the detection of asthma and allergy risk in children as described in claim 1, wherein in the step of analyzing the sample to be tested through a nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy analysis procedure to obtain sample spectral data, the short-chain fatty acid spectrum includes acetic acid, propionic acid and butyric acid.
8. The method for improving the detection of asthma and allergy risk in children as described in claim 1, wherein in the step of analyzing the sample to be tested through a nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy analysis procedure to obtain sample spectral data, the sample spectral data further includes an intestinal metabolite spectrum, the intestinal metabolite including fumaric acid and ethanol.
