Intelligent breathing training device and control method thereof

Abstract

This invention discloses a smart breathing training device, comprising a main body, an airflow sensing module, a resistance adjustment module, and a control unit. The main body has an airflow channel for the user to inhale and exhale. The airflow sensing module is disposed on the airflow channel to detect the airflow passing through the airflow channel and generate a measurement signal. The resistance adjustment module has an adjustment mechanism for changing the airflow resistance and an actuation unit for driving the adjustment mechanism, used to change the resistance of the airflow channel according to the control signal. The control unit is electrically connected to the airflow sensing module and the resistance adjustment module, and generates a control signal according to the training program, so that the resistance of the resistance adjustment module is adjusted according to the training program, thereby providing the user with an adaptive breathing training load. This invention also discloses a control method for the smart breathing training device.
