Abstract

This invention relates to an aeration pipe comprising a pipe body with a sealed bottom and an open top. Inside the pipe body is a sealing plate, dividing the interior into an air chamber between the sealing plate and the sealed bottom, and a divergence chamber between the sealing plate and the open top. Each air chamber has an air inlet for connecting to an external air supply device. The sealing plate has a plurality of divergence holes, the total cross-sectional area of which is smaller than the cross-sectional area of the air inlet. This allows compressed gas to enter the divergence chamber evenly through the divergence holes and exit as fine bubbles, thereby improving dissolved oxygen efficiency. Furthermore, a plurality of axially extending friction plates are provided on the inner wall of the divergence chamber. These plates cause the bubbles to rotate as they rise along the friction plates, reducing their rising speed and further increasing the contact time between the bubbles and the water. Furthermore, the tube body can be formed by combining the first tube body and the second tube body, with the joint located between the sealing plate and the sealing bottom, giving the air chamber a detachable structure. When the vent hole becomes blocked, the tube body can be disassembled for inspection, maintenance and cleaning, preventing the blockage from back blocking the vent hole, thereby improving the efficiency and maintenance convenience of the aeration tube.
