Abstract

This invention relates to a base, characterized in that it includes an insulating plate, in which a first layer of main heating element and a second layer of auxiliary heating element are disposed. The main heating element is formed of a coil-type resistor connected between one or more first terminal pairs, and includes first arc portions located at different diameter positions and multiple first bends connecting the multiple first arc portions. The auxiliary heating element is formed of a 2D linear resistor connected between one or more second terminal pairs, and includes second arc portions located at different diameter positions and multiple second bends connecting the multiple second arc portions. The main heating element and the auxiliary heating element are disposed in a manner that the layers do not overlap on the entire insulating plate.

Claims

1. A base comprising an insulating plate, wherein a first layer of main heating element and a second layer of auxiliary heating element are disposed therein, the main heating element being formed of a coil-type resistor connected between one or more first terminal pairs, and the main heating element comprising first arcuate portions located at different diameter positions and a plurality of first bends connecting the plurality of first arcuate portions, the auxiliary heating element being formed of a 2D linear resistor connected between one or more second terminal pairs, and the auxiliary heating element comprising second arcuate portions located at different diameter positions and a plurality of second bends connecting the plurality of second arcuate portions, the main heating element and the auxiliary heating element being disposed in a manner in which they do not overlap each other on the insulating plate as a whole.

2. The base as described in claim 1, wherein, The main heating element is located above or below the secondary heating element.

3. The base as described in claim 1, wherein, The main heating element includes a first pattern that forms a main heating zone on the entire insulating plate by connecting to a first terminal pair, and the auxiliary heating element includes a second pattern that forms a compensating heating zone on the entire insulating plate by connecting to a second terminal pair.

4. The base as described in claim 3, wherein, The first pattern is continuously arranged on the circumference and includes 3, 4 or 6 first repeating patterns, and the second pattern includes a second repeating pattern that corresponds to and is continuous with the first repeating pattern.

5. The base as described in claim 1, wherein, The main heating element includes a first pattern connected to a plurality of first terminal pairs, and forms a plurality of first patterns dividing a plurality of main heating areas of the insulating plate. The auxiliary heating element includes a second pattern connected to a second terminal pair and forming a compensation heating area on the entire insulating plate.

6. The base as described in claim 5, wherein, The first pattern is arranged separately on the circumference and includes 3, 4 or 6 first repeating patterns, and the second pattern includes a second repeating pattern that corresponds to and is continuous with the first repeating pattern.

7. The base as described in claim 5, wherein, The base also includes a pattern whose outermost arc portion, which is the first pattern, is positioned closer to the inside than the outermost arc portion of the second pattern.

8. The base as described in claim 5, wherein, The base also includes a pattern whose outermost arc portion, which is the first pattern, is closer to the outside than the outermost arc portion of the second pattern.

9. The base as described in claim 1, wherein, The main heating element forms a first pattern connected to a plurality of first terminal pairs, dividing a plurality of main heating areas of the insulating plate. The auxiliary heating element forms a second pattern connected to a plurality of second terminal pairs, dividing a plurality of compensation heating areas of the insulating plate.

10. The base as described in claim 9, wherein, The main heating element includes three first repeating patterns arranged separately on the circumference for the three main heating zones, and the auxiliary heating element includes a second repeating pattern corresponding to the first repeating patterns for the multiple compensation heating zones.

11. The base as described in claim 9, wherein, The main heating element includes four first repeating patterns arranged separately on the circumference for the four main heating zones, and the auxiliary heating element includes a second repeating pattern corresponding to the first repeating patterns for the multiple compensation heating zones.

12. The base as described in claim 9, wherein, The main heating element includes six first repeating patterns arranged separately on the circumference for the six main heating zones, and the auxiliary heating element includes a second repeating pattern corresponding to the first repeating patterns for the multiple compensation heating zones.
