Abstract
Description
Frame structure improvement Technical Field
[0001] This creation is a framework, especially an improvement on a framework structure. Prior Technology
[0002] Note that most shelving units utilize fixed shelf structures, with the shelves typically secured by screws, clips, or pre-drilled holes. While this type of structure provides a certain level of strength, the fixed hole positions or restricted screw locations prevent users from freely adjusting the height of the shelves or the spacing within the shelving unit. Furthermore, adjusting the shelf positions requires removing the screws and repositioning the shelves, making it inconvenient to use.
[0003] Some have proposed using multi-segment socket configurations to accommodate the protrusions at both ends of the partition, but these socket structures are mostly single-plane grooves, lacking a stable guiding effect on the partition. After the partition is inserted, uneven force is applied, which can easily lead to problems such as sliding or wobbling. Furthermore, existing sockets are usually set vertically or horizontally, which cannot provide better support for different directions of force application.
[0004] Therefore, it is necessary to provide a new type of improved frame structure with better slot structure, stable support for partitions, and arbitrary adjustment of frame space distance and partition height to overcome the above-mentioned shortcomings.
[0005] The following detailed description of the features and advantages of this invention is sufficient to enable anyone skilled in the art to understand the technical content of this invention and implement it accordingly. Furthermore, based on the content disclosed in this specification, the scope of the patent application, and the drawings, anyone skilled in the art can easily understand the purpose and advantages of this invention. Summary of the Invention
[0006] The main purpose of this creation is to allow the partitions to be inserted at various heights by means of multiple slots on the vertical panels, thereby adjusting the internal space division of the shelf.
[0007] • The secondary purpose of this creation is that the slot has a special shape (horizontal or inclined groove, narrow on the outside and wide on the inside) to improve the stability of the partition after it is inserted.
[0008] Another purpose of this creation is to allow users to quickly adjust the spacing within the shelves without tools, thereby improving the flexibility and convenience of using the furniture.
[0009] To achieve the above objectives, this invention is an improvement on the frame structure, comprising: at least two vertical plates, each vertical plate being correspondingly arranged, and each vertical plate having a plurality of corresponding slots formed on its corresponding surfaces; and a plurality of partitions, each partition having its ends inserted into a corresponding slot, the distance between adjacent partitions being determined by the insertion of each partition into its corresponding slot.
[0010] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the slot defines a concave bottom wall and two concave side walls connected to the concave bottom wall, wherein each of the concave side walls is horizontally arranged relative to the other.
[0011] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the slot defines a concave bottom wall and two concave side walls connected to the concave bottom wall, wherein each of the concave side walls is inclined to each other.
[0012] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the distance between each concave sidewall and the concave bottom wall is greater than the distance between the outer sides of each concave sidewall. Simple Explanation of the Diagram

[0018] The following specific examples illustrate the implementation of this invention. Those skilled in the art can easily understand the other advantages and effects of this invention from the content disclosed in this specification.
[0019] The structures, proportions, and sizes illustrated in the accompanying diagrams of this manual are solely for the purpose of assisting those familiar with the art in understanding and reading the content disclosed herein. They are not intended to limit the feasibility of this creation and therefore have no substantial technical significance. Any modifications to the structure, changes in proportions, or adjustments to the size, provided they do not affect the effectiveness or purpose of this creation, should still fall within the scope of the technical content disclosed herein. Furthermore, the terms used in this manual, such as "one," "two," and "above," are merely for clarity of description and not intended to limit the scope of this creation's feasibility. Changes or adjustments to their relative relationships, without substantially altering the technical content, should also be considered within the scope of this creation's feasibility.
[0020] Please refer to Figures 1 and 2, which are perspective views of a preferred embodiment of this invention and structural diagrams of the partition insertion slots. This invention is an improvement on the frame structure. The frame 1 mainly includes: at least two vertical plates 10 and a plurality of partitions 11, wherein each vertical plate 10 is correspondingly arranged and parallel to each other, such that corresponding surfaces of each vertical plate 10 form a plurality of corresponding slots 100. The two ends of each partition 11 are respectively inserted into the corresponding slots 100, and the distance between adjacent partitions 11 is determined by the insertion of each partition 11 into the corresponding slots 100.
[0021] Please also refer to Figure 3, which is a structural diagram of this invention that changes the height of the space by changing the insertion position of the partition. The opposite surfaces of each vertical plate 10 form a plurality of slots 100 along their vertical direction. The slots 100 are arranged in pairs, and the positions of the slots 100 of the two vertical plates 10 are completely corresponding, so that the two ends of the partition 11 can be inserted synchronously. In addition, the height of the shelf spacing can be freely adjusted as needed during use.
[0022] Referring to Figure 4, which shows a front view of the horizontally recessed slot structure of this invention, each slot 100 consists of a recessed bottom wall 1000 and two recessed side walls 1002. The recessed bottom wall 1000 extends horizontally, and each recessed side wall 1002 extends vertically or slightly inward from both sides of the bottom wall, forming a "U-shaped recess" with a depth of 3-10mm, sufficient to support the end of the partition 11. The characteristics of this structure are: the recessed bottom wall 1000 provides direct support, the recessed side walls 1002 provide lateral positioning, the partition is not easily shaken under stress, and the structure is simple and easy to manufacture, allowing for direct CNC machining, stamping, or die forming. This type of slot is suitable for general load-bearing furniture, such as bookshelves and storage shelves.
[0023] Also refer to Figure 5, which is a front view of the structure of the slot in this creation, which is a sloping concave structure. Each slot 100 is composed of a concave bottom wall 1000 and two concave side walls 1002 on both sides. The concave bottom wall 1000 extends horizontally, and each concave side wall 1002 is inclined at a certain angle to the concave side wall 1002. In particular, the distance between each concave side wall 1002 and the concave bottom wall 1000 is greater than the distance between each concave side wall and the outer side of 112, so as to form a "narrow outside and wide inside" wedge-shaped cross section (such as an inverted trapezoid). When the partition 11 is inserted, the two ends of the partition 11 are provided with trapezoidal guide portions 110 corresponding to the inverted trapezoidal slots 100. When the guide portion 110 of the partition 11 is inserted, it is guided by the narrow outer opening and automatically slides into the wide opening, which greatly improves the convenience of insertion. In addition, after the guide portion 110 of the partition 11 is inserted, it will be automatically locked in the wider bottom area, making the partition 11 less likely to shake, move down or slip off. In addition, it can provide additional lateral holding force, making the partition 11 more stable under load. This structure is suitable for shelves that need to support heavy items (display shelves, tool racks) and furniture that needs to withstand shaking (mobile shelves, commercial display shelves).
[0024] Through the aforementioned structure, this invention allows the partition 11 to be freely inserted at any height using the multiple slots 100 on the vertical panel 10, thereby adjusting the internal space division. In addition, the slots 100 have a special shape (horizontal or inclined groove, narrow on the outside and wide on the inside design), which can improve the stability of the partition 11 after insertion. Furthermore, it allows users to quickly adjust the internal spacing of the shelf without tools, improving the flexibility and convenience of using the furniture.
[0025] The above embodiments are merely illustrative of the principles and effects of this invention and are not intended to limit this invention. Any person skilled in the art may modify the above embodiments without departing from the spirit and scope of this invention. Therefore, the scope of protection of this invention should be as set forth in the following patent application claims.
