Description

Improved Birdcage Claw Structure Technical Field

[0001] This work pertains to the technical field of birdcages, specifically an improvement to the structure of a birdcage catch bar. Prior Technology

[0002] As shown in Figures 5 and 6, a common birdcage structure includes a mesh 90 and a set of grab bars 80 arranged horizontally inside the mesh 90.

[0003] The aforementioned grid 90 is composed of a plurality of vertical bars 91 and a plurality of horizontal bars 92, which interact to define a preset coverage outline.

[0004] The aforementioned grab bar assembly 80 includes a pipe fitting 81, a plurality of nut pieces 82, a plurality of clips 83, and a plurality of bolts 84, etc.

[0005] The tube 81 has a hollow tube of a preset length and outline, providing a perch for birds.

[0006] Each nut piece 82 is respectively assembled at both ends of the pipe fitting 81, and each nut piece 82 has a screw hole 821.

[0007] Each of the clips 83 has a stop piece 831, an elastic piece 832, a relief groove 833, and a through hole 834.

[0008] The aforementioned stop piece 831 has a preset contour corresponding to the grid 90 to provide a stopping function.

[0009] The aforementioned elastic sheet 832 is symmetrically arranged with the stop sheet 831, and one end is connected to the stop sheet 831, while the other end, together with the stop sheet 831, defines a latching groove S, providing a pre-set transverse rod 92 for accommodation.

[0010] The aforementioned relief groove 833 is formed through the elastic sheet 832, increasing the deformation capacity of the elastic sheet 832 and serving as a through-through channel.

[0011] The aforementioned through hole 834 is formed by penetrating the stop piece 831 and corresponds to the relief groove 833.

[0012] Each bolt 84 passes through the relief groove 833 and through hole 834 of the corresponding clip 83 and is screwed into the screw hole 821 of the corresponding nut piece 82 so as to connect each clip 83 to both ends of the pipe fitting 81.

[0013] During implementation, each clip 83 is fastened to the outer periphery of the preset transverse bar 92, allowing the transverse bar 92 to be accommodated in the clip groove S. After each bolt 84 passes through the extension groove 833 and through hole 834, it is screwed into the screw hole 821 of the matching nut piece 82, and each bolt 84 is positioned below the transverse bar 92, so that the grab bar assembly 80 is properly horizontally installed in the fence 90.

[0014] However, the aforementioned grab bar assembly 80 is composed of multiple independent components such as pipe fittings 81, nut pieces 82, clips 83, and bolts 84. In addition to the large number of parts, the overall installation steps are cumbersome and time-consuming. The structural stability and consistency are easily affected by improper assembly sequence or locking tightness, which has an adverse impact on the production efficiency at the manufacturing end and the on-site assembly convenience at the user end. Summary of the Invention

[0015] In view of the problems and shortcomings of the prior art, the main purpose of this invention is to provide an improved birdcage gripper structure that overcomes the above-mentioned shortcomings through structural design.

[0016] In accordance with the aforementioned objectives, this invention discloses an improved birdcage catcher structure, comprising a mesh, a catcher, a plurality of nuts, and a plurality of bolts. The mesh is composed of a plurality of vertical bars and a plurality of horizontal bars, arranged in an interactive manner to form a covering profile. The catcher, horizontally positioned inside the mesh, has an integrally formed bar portion and a plurality of latching portions, wherein each latching portion and the cross-section of the bar portion define a plurality of latching grooves, providing accommodation for a pre-set horizontal bar. Each nut is respectively assembled at both ends of the bar portion and has a screw hole. Each bolt, after passing through the slot, is screwed into the screw hole and positioned below the pre-set horizontal bar. This structural composition simplifies the catcher assembly and improves the catcher's structural strength and ease of assembly. Simple Explanation of the Diagram

[0017]

[0018] [Figure 1] is a three-dimensional schematic diagram of an embodiment of this invention.

[0019] [Figure 2] is a partial schematic diagram of the embodiment shown in Figure 1.

[0020] [Figure 3] is a partial cross-sectional schematic diagram of the embodiment shown in Figure 2.

[0021] [Figure 4] is an exploded view of the embodiment shown in Figure 2.

[0022] [Figure 5] A partial schematic diagram of a birdcage from a previous technique.

[0023] [Figure 6] is a partial component exploded view of the embodiment shown in Figure 5. Implementation

[0024] Please refer to the relevant drawings below for further explanation of the improved birdcage gripper structure embodiment of this invention. Various objects in the embodiments are depicted according to the scale, size, deformation, or displacement suitable for illustration, rather than being drawn to the scale of actual components, as will be stated above. Furthermore, components with identical or symmetrical arrangements in the remaining embodiments are represented by the same numbering. Additionally, directional terms such as "front," "back," "left," "right," "up," "down," "inner," and "outer" in the descriptions of the embodiments listed below are indicated according to the specified view direction and should not be construed as limiting the scope of this invention.

[0025] Please refer to Figures 1 to 4 for the implementation of the improved birdcage gripper structure of this invention, which includes a mesh 10, a gripper 20, a plurality of nut pieces 30, and a plurality of bolts 40.

[0026] The aforementioned grid 10 is composed of a plurality of vertical bars 11 and a plurality of horizontal bars 12, which are interactively arranged to define the covering contour.

[0027] The aforementioned grab bar 20 is horizontally arranged inside the fence 10 and has a bar portion 21, a plurality of buckle portions 22, and a plurality of slots 23.

[0028] Each buckle 22 is integrally formed at both ends of the extension direction of the rod 21, and together with the cross-section of the rod 21, forms a buckle groove S. In implementation, the free end of the buckle 22 has a wedge-shaped profile, which facilitates the guidance of the transverse rod 12 into the buckle groove S when buckling the transverse rod 12.

[0029] The aforementioned buckle 22, through the change of its curvature, forms different distance intervals with the cross-section of the rod 21, and makes the groove diameter of the buckle slot S form a large diameter segment S1 and a small diameter segment S2.

[0030] Each of the grooves 23 is formed by passing through the buckle 22.

[0031] Each of the aforementioned nut pieces 30 is respectively assembled on the two ends of the cross-section in the extension direction of the rod 21, and has a screw hole 31.

[0032] Each bolt 40, after passing through the slot 23, is screwed into the screw hole 31 of the nut plate 30, and force is applied to each buckle 22, and it is positioned below the preset transverse rod 12. In practice, a washer 41 is further sleeved on the outer periphery of the bolt 40.

[0033] Therefore, the above is an introduction to the components and assembly method of the birdcage grab bar structure of the preferred embodiment provided by this invention. The operation characteristics of the embodiment of this invention will be introduced below.

[0034] During assembly, the grab bar 20 uses the buckle 22 to engage with the pre-set transverse bar 12 of the grid 10, so that the transverse bar 12 is accommodated in the buckle groove S. Then, after the bolt 40 passes through the slot 23, it is screwed into the screw hole 31 of the nut piece 30 and positioned below the transverse bar 12 to constrain and fix the grab bar 20 horizontally within the grid 10.

[0035] The above description is merely a preferred embodiment of the invention and is intended to clarify the features of the invention. It is not intended to limit the scope of the embodiments of the invention. Equivalent changes made by those skilled in the art based on the invention, as well as changes well known to those skilled in the art, should still fall within the scope of the invention.
