Description

Metal one-piece molded nail structure Technical Field

[0001] This invention provides a technical field of nail arrays, particularly a one-piece metal nail array structure, wherein the connecting arm of the nail array is integrally formed and connected to another three-dimensional nail body, and a fold line is provided at the position where the connecting arm is integrally formed and connected to another three-dimensional nail body, or at least one recessed point is provided at the connecting point, so as to achieve that each nail body can be smoothly disengaged from the nail array during the hammering process, thereby achieving smooth continuous nailing work. Prior Technology

[0002] Note that pneumatic or electric nail guns are now widely used in various decoration and renovation markets. The nails used in these guns are all row nails. There are several common methods for fixing row nails: one is to use adhesive to glue two nails together, arranging them in a row. This method is not only time-consuming and troublesome, but also prone to problems such as being too sticky or not sticking firmly enough. Another method is to use paper strips and adhesive; the paper strips are first glued, and then each nail is glued to the strip in sequence. When the nail is fired, the paper strip is torn. However, this method is also quite time-consuming and troublesome. A third method is to use plastic chains, inserting a nail into each loop. However, the plastic chains need to be made separately, and each chain requires individual nails, increasing costs and making the process inconvenient.

[0003] Therefore, in view of the problems existing in the above-mentioned conventional structures, how to develop a more ideal and practical innovative structure is what consumers eagerly expect, and it is also the goal and direction that relevant businesses must strive to achieve through research and development.

[0004] In view of this, the creator, based on years of experience in manufacturing, developing and designing related products, has designed and carefully evaluated the above objectives, and finally created a work that is truly practical. Summary of the Invention

[0005] The main purpose of this invention is to provide a one-piece metal nail bar structure, wherein a connecting arm is provided at the position where the connecting arm of the nail bar connects to the other three-dimensional nail body. A fold line is recessed and notches are provided on both sides of the connection point, or at least one recessed point is stamped on the connection point, so as to ensure that each nail body can be smoothly disengaged from the nail bar during the hammering process, thereby achieving smooth continuous nailing work.

[0006] To achieve the above objectives, this invention provides a one-piece metal nail bar structure, comprising: a metal sheet directly and initially stamped into a flat shape for several nail bodies, which is then one-piece bent into a plurality of desired nail bar shapes, including a plurality of three-dimensional nail bodies. Each three-dimensional nail body includes a striking surface, a connecting arm, an elastic groove, a plurality of ratchet teeth, and at least one nail foot. The main feature is that: each connecting arm is one-piece molded to connect one three-dimensional nail body to another three-dimensional nail body, and a recessed fold line is provided at the position where the connecting arm is one-piece molded to connect another three-dimensional nail body. The position where the connecting arm is one-piece molded to connect another three-dimensional nail body may also have notches on both sides of the connection or at least one recessed point stamped on the connection, so as to ensure that each nail body can smoothly detach from the nail bar during the striking process, thereby achieving smooth continuous nailing work.

[0007] Regarding the techniques, methods, and effects employed in this invention, a preferred embodiment is described below in detail with accompanying drawings. It is believed that the above-mentioned objectives, structure, and features of this invention can be understood in depth and in detail from this description. Simple Explanation of the Diagram
