Description

Modular frame with displacement structure Technical Field

[0001] This invention relates to a modular rack with a displacement structure, particularly a modular rack with a displacement structure that allows the storage box to move bidirectionally relative to a fixed base. It is suitable for tables, work platforms, or other equipment structures with storage functions and belongs to the technical field of storage devices. Prior Technology

[0002] Please refer to Figure 1. The conventional structure includes a base 1, a storage box 3 at the bottom of the base 1, and a table 2 above the storage box 3. The conventional structure uses the table 2 as a platform for users to place items or utensils, while the storage box 3 is used to store related items.

[0003] However, in actual use, when a user wants to take out the items inside the container 3, the table 2 must be lifted first. If there are items or utensils placed on the table 2, they must also be removed or tidied up before the user can take them out. This not only makes the operation steps cumbersome, but also makes it inconvenient to use.

[0004] Furthermore, in situations where items are frequently picked up and put down, the aforementioned conventional structure requires repeated lifting of the tabletop 2, which can easily affect the overall smoothness of use and may increase the risk of tipping or collision due to the movement of items. Obviously, there is still room for improvement. Summary of the Invention

[0005] In other words, the main purpose of this invention is to address the inconvenience caused by the need to lift the table and remove the items when retrieving items from the storage box in conventional structures. To improve upon this deficiency, this invention provides a combination shelf with a displacement structure.

[0006] To achieve the above objectives, the present invention comprises a displacement frame, which includes a fixed frame unit and a movable frame unit. The fixed frame unit is mounted on a fixed base, and the movable frame unit can slide relative to the fixed frame unit in both left and right directions, and can movably mount a housing box.

[0007] Because the fixed frame unit and the movable frame unit are equipped with a slider, an upper guide rod and a lower guide rod, the movable frame unit can move stably within a predetermined stroke range. Without having to lift the table, the user can pull the storage box and the movable frame unit to a side position and directly take out or put the items inside the storage box, which significantly improves the convenience of use.

[0008] Furthermore, this invention can further utilize structural designs such as magnetic positioning, limiting rods, and baffles to ensure that the movable frame unit maintains stable positioning in a non-displaced state and avoids detachment or shaking during displacement, thus balancing operational safety and structural stability.

[0009] Therefore, the modular frame with displacement structure in this invention can effectively improve the problem of inconvenience in accessing conventional structures, and provides an improved structure that is intuitive to operate, structurally stable and practical, thus achieving practical progress in terms of ease of use. [0026] Please refer to Figures 2 to 15, which show one preferred embodiment of the "combination frame with displacement structure" of this invention. However, it should be noted that the following description is only for illustrating the technical content of this invention and is not intended to limit the scope of this invention. All equivalent changes made in accordance with the spirit of this invention should be covered within the protection scope of this invention.

[0027] As shown in Figures 2 to 4, the present invention provides a combination frame with a displacement structure, which includes a displacement frame body A. The displacement frame body A is mainly composed of a fixed frame unit A1 and a movable frame unit A2.

[0028] The fixing unit A1 is composed of a first fixing side plate 10, a second fixing side plate 20, two first sliders 40, two second sliders 50 and two upper guide rods 30; the first fixing side plate 10 and the second fixing side plate 20 are arranged opposite to each other, and the first fixing side plate 10 is provided with a first positioning side edge 11 extending horizontally outward and the second fixing side plate 20 is provided with a second positioning side edge 21 extending horizontally outward.

[0029] Each of the upper guide rods 30 is respectively disposed on the left and right sides between the first fixed side plate 10 and the second fixed side plate 20. Each of the first sliders 40 is provided with a first upper hole 41, and each of the second sliders 50 is provided with a second upper hole 51. Each of the upper guide rods 30 can be inserted into the first upper hole 41 and the second upper hole 51 respectively, so that the first slider 40 and the second slider 50 can slide along the upper guide rod 30.

[0030] As shown in Figures 3 and 4, each of the upper guide rods 30 has a first upper group hole 31 and a second upper group hole 32 at its two ends in the axial position; the left and right sides of the first fixed side plate 10 are respectively provided with a first fixed group hole 12, and the left and right sides of the second fixed side plate 20 are respectively provided with a second fixed group hole 22.

[0031] After each of the upper guide rods 30 passes through the first upper hole 41 of each of the first sliders 40 and the second upper hole 51 of each of the second sliders 50, the first upper hole 31 and the first fixed hole 12 are respectively inserted and screwed together by a first fixing component 13, and the second upper hole 32 and the second fixed hole 22 are respectively inserted and screwed together by a second fixing component 23, thereby making the upper guide rod 30 stably mounted between the first fixed side plate 10 and the second fixed side plate 20.

[0032] The movable frame unit A2 is composed of a first movable side plate 60, a second movable side plate 70 and two lower guide rods 80. The first movable side plate 60 and the second movable side plate 70 are arranged opposite to each other. The first movable side plate 60 is provided with a first fixed position surface 61 extending horizontally inward and the second movable side plate 70 is provided with a second fixed position surface 71 extending horizontally inward.

[0033] Each lower guide rod 80 is respectively disposed on the left and right sides between the first movable side plate 60 and the second movable side plate 70. Each lower guide rod 80 has a first lower group hole 81 and a second lower group hole 82 respectively at its two ends axially. The left and right sides of the first movable side plate 60 are respectively provided with a first movable group hole 62, and the left and right sides of the second movable side plate 70 are respectively provided with a second movable group hole 72. Each first slider 40 has a first lower hole 42 below its first upper hole 41, and each second slider 50 has a second lower hole 52 below its second upper hole 51, so that each lower guide rod 80 can pass through.

[0034] When each of the lower guide rods 80 passes through the first lower hole 42 of each of the first sliders 40 and the second lower hole 52 of each of the second sliders 50, the first lower group hole 81 and the first movable group hole 62 are respectively inserted and screwed in by a first movable component 63, and the second lower group hole 82 and the second movable group hole 72 are respectively inserted and screwed in by a second movable component 73, thereby making the lower guide rod 80 stably mounted between the first movable side plate 60 and the second movable side plate 70; and the movable frame unit A2 can be stably suspended and linked to the first slider 40 and the second slider 50 of the fixed frame unit A1.

[0035] As shown in Figures 5 to 7, the upper guide rod 30 and the lower guide rod 80 are respectively inserted through the first slider 40 and the second slider 50, so that the movable frame unit A2 can slide in both directions to the left and right relative to the fixed frame unit A1 through the first slider 40 and the second slider 50.

[0036] The displacement stroke of the movable frame unit A2 is limited by the range defined by the two ends of the upper guide rod 30, which prevents the movable frame unit A2 from detaching from the fixed frame unit A1 and improves the stability and safety of the overall structure during the displacement process.

[0037] As shown in Figures 4 and 5, the first fixed side plate 10, the second fixed side plate 20, the first movable side plate 60, and the second movable side plate 70 are all made of metal. Each of the first sliders 40 has a plurality of first magnetic attractors 43 corresponding to the surface positions of the first fixed side plate 10 and the first movable side plate 60, so that the first slider 40 can be positioned on the surface of the first fixed side plate 10 or the first movable side plate 60 by magnetic attraction; similarly, each of the second sliders 50 has a plurality of second magnetic attractors 53 corresponding to the surface positions of the second fixed side plate 20 and the second movable side plate 70, so that the second slider 50 can be positioned on the surface of the second fixed side plate 20 or the second movable side plate 70 by magnetic attraction.

[0038] This allows the movable frame unit A2 and the fixed frame unit A1 to maintain a stable fit in a non-displaced state, avoiding unexpected displacement due to shaking or external forces.

[0039] As shown in Figures 3, 8-13, a fixed base C has a support part C1 on its left and right sides respectively. Preferably, the support part C1 is in the shape of a round rod. The first positioning side edge 11 and the second positioning side edge 21 of the fixed frame unit A1 can be movably hung on the support part C1 respectively.

[0040] The first fixed side plate 10 has a first through hole 14 at its center, and a first elastic member 16 and a first limiting rod 15 are sequentially arranged on its outer side. The first limiting rod 15 passes through the first elastic member 16 and the first through hole 14, and is fixed to the end of the first limiting rod 15 by a first fixing member 17. The second fixed side plate 20 has a second through hole 24 at its center, and a second elastic member 26 and a second limiting rod 25 are sequentially arranged on its outer side. The second limiting rod 25 passes through the second elastic member 26 and the second through hole 24, and is fixed to the end of the second limiting rod 25 by a second fixing member 27. In this way, the first limiting rod 15 and the second limiting rod 25 can be elastically compressed, and the first positioning side edge 11 and the second positioning side edge 21 can be respectively locked and limited on the support part C1.

[0041] A housing box B has a positioning part B1 on its left and right sides respectively. The positioning part B1 can be hung on the first positioning surface 61 and the second positioning surface 71 of the movable frame unit A2 respectively. In addition, the left and right sides of the first positioning surface 61 of the first movable side plate 60 are bent upward to form a first baffle 64, and the left and right sides of the second positioning surface 71 of the second movable side plate 70 are also bent upward to form a second baffle 74. The first baffle 64 and the second baffle 74 can limit the positioning part B1 of the housing box B in the left and right directions.

[0042] Additionally, as shown in Figures 14 and 15, when the fixed frame unit A1 is used in conjunction with another foldable fixed base D, the fixed base D has a support part D1 on each of its left and right sides. The first positioning side edge 11 and the second positioning side edge 21 can be movably hung on the support part D1 respectively. At this time, the movable frame unit A2 can still be connected to the accommodating box B and stretched and displaced to the left or right.

[0043] Therefore, the storage box B of this invention can be stretched and displaced in both directions to the left and right along with the movable frame unit A2 relative to the fixed frame unit A1, so as to improve the convenience of taking it out and putting it in during use.
