Description

Eco-friendly paper products Technical Field

[0001] This creation is about an environmentally friendly product, specifically an environmentally friendly paper product. Prior Technology

[0002] Conventional eco-friendly paper products or paperboards mostly employ pulp forming technology, which involves soaking paper or waste paper in water to form pulp, adding adhesives, and finally pouring the pulp into molds for drying or pressing. However, using pulp as an eco-friendly paper product requires prolonged soaking and pulping, a time-consuming process with high water consumption. Furthermore, the high water content of the pulp makes it prone to shrinkage and deformation during drying, which also results in a long drying time. In addition, since waste paper often contains inks or other additives, these inks and additives redisperse during pulping, causing color contamination and limiting product quality.

[0003] Therefore, it is necessary to provide a novel and progressive environmentally friendly paper product to solve the above problems. Summary of the Invention

[0004] The main purpose of this creation is to provide an environmentally friendly paper product that can be made directly from recycled waste paper, reducing water consumption and process complexity.

[0005] To achieve the above objectives, this invention provides an environmentally friendly paper product, comprising: multiple paper scraps, formed by directly breaking paper and being in sheet form, irregularly interleaved and stacked; and multiple bonding interfaces connecting the multiple paper scraps; wherein a portion of the multiple paper scraps forms a concave-convex surface on one outer side of the environmentally friendly paper product. Simple Explanation of the Diagram

[0006] Figure 1 is a perspective view of one embodiment of this invention. Figure 2 is a top view of one embodiment of this invention. Figure 3 is a partial enlarged view of one embodiment of this invention. Figure 4 is a cross-sectional view of one embodiment of this invention. Figures 5 and 6 are schematic diagrams of one embodiment of this invention. Implementation

[0007] The following examples illustrate possible implementations of this invention, but are not intended to limit the scope of protection sought by this invention. The use of "a" or "at least one" before the terms mentioned herein does not limit the quantity; it may also be "plural" depending on the requirements. Such variations in quantity are also within the scope of protection sought, as will be stated in advance.

[0008] Please refer to Figures 1 to 6, which show one embodiment of the present invention. The environmentally friendly paper product 1 of the present invention includes multiple paper scraps 10 and multiple bonding interfaces 20.

[0009] The plurality of paper scraps 10 are formed by directly shredding paper and are each in sheet form, irregularly interwoven and stacked. The plurality of paper scraps 10 may include thick and thin paper of different materials and sizes, and the edges of the plurality of paper scraps 10 may be rough or smooth. A plurality of bonding interfaces 20 connect the plurality of paper scraps 10, wherein the bonding interfaces 20 may include adhesive bonding, wet pressing bonding, or any combination thereof. A portion of the plurality of paper scraps 10 forms a textured surface 40 on an outer side 30 of the environmentally friendly paper product 1. This textured surface 40 is formed, for example, by differences in the thickness, density, and / or strength of the plurality of paper scraps 10, and the bonding interfaces 20. The textured surface 40 may have a uniform roughness, or a more pronounced height difference due to the varying density of the stacking of the plurality of paper scraps 10. The environmentally friendly paper product 1 of this invention can be directly manufactured using recycled waste paper, reducing production water consumption and process complexity.

[0010] Preferably, the average length of the plurality of paper scraps 10 is 2.0 mm to 6.0 mm, and the average width is 10.0 mm to 38.0 mm. In this embodiment, the plurality of paper scraps 10 are generally rectangular strips, but in other embodiments they may be square, circular, short-cut, or irregular in shape. The plurality of paper scraps 10 may be a single shape or multiple shapes. The uneven surface 40 is formed by the plurality of paper scraps 10 with different stacking heights, so that the environmentally friendly paper product 1 forms a structure with different layer densities.

[0011] The environmentally friendly paper product 1 further includes at least one pattern 50, which is disposed on the uneven surface 40. The at least one pattern 50 may be overlaid on the uneven surface 40 or recessed into the uneven surface 40. Overlaying refers to the pattern 50 being additionally applied to the uneven surface 40, including methods such as printing, lamination, transfer printing, and spray painting. Recessing refers to the pattern 50 being engraved into the uneven surface 40, including methods such as laser engraving, machining, and embossing. In other embodiments, the at least one pattern 50 may be circular, rectangular, linear, dotted, irregular in shape, or any combination of these shapes, and may be distributed in a single area or multiple areas of the uneven surface 40. These patterns 50 may overlap or be staggered.

[0012] Furthermore, at least a portion of the at least one pattern 50 is a colored pattern. The pattern 50 may be monochrome or polychrome, and the pattern 50 may be distributed in a single area or multiple areas of the uneven surface 40, and the patterns or colors may overlap or be staggered.

[0013] In other embodiments, at least a portion of the surface of the plurality of paper scraps 10 is provided with at least one of lettering 11, pattern 12, and color block 13, wherein the lettering 11 is colored lettering, the pattern 12 is a colored pattern, or the color block 13 is a non-white color block. The lettering 11, the pattern 12, or the color block 13 may be distributed in a single area or multiple areas of the uneven surface 40. Furthermore, the lettering 11, the pattern 12, or the color block 13 may originate from the color, printed lettering, or pattern of the original paper. In other embodiments, the lettering 11, the pattern 12, or the color block 13 may also be additionally formed on at least a portion of the plurality of paper scraps 10.
