Abstract

A paper straw structure includes a straw body with a composite paper layer composed of a paper sheet layer and a coating layer. The coating layer is applied to the outer surface of the paper sheet layer. The two sides of the composite paper layer are joined together to form a joint section. The two ends of the straw body are a first port portion and a second port portion, respectively. The first port portion and the second port portion are axial extensions of the joint section. The end edges of the first port portion and the second port portion respectively form a first flat surface and a second flat surface. In addition, a reinforcing section is provided on the inner edge of the straw body, which covers the joint section. Thus, the present invention increases the stability and bonding strength of the joint section and improves the overall structural strength of the straw body by providing the reinforcing section.

Description

Paper straw structure Technical Field

[0001] This work relates to a paper straw structure, specifically a paper straw structure with enhanced structural strength. Prior Technology

[0002] Note that with the popularity of hand-shaken cups, the use of straws has also increased. Most straws on the market are made of plastic, which is widely used due to its low cost and ease of manufacture. However, with rising environmental awareness, manufacturers are actively seeking alternative materials to replace plastic straws to address the problem of their difficulty in recycling and decomposition. Currently, reusable straws made of stainless steel and glass are available, but these straws are difficult to clean, have high hardness, and pose certain dangers, thus their adoption rate is not high.

[0003] In view of this, the creator, based on years of experience in manufacturing, developing and designing related products, has designed and carefully evaluated the above objectives, and finally created a work that is truly practical. Summary of the Invention

[0004] This invention discloses a paper straw structure, which includes a straw body having a composite paper layer composed of a paper sheet layer and a coating layer. The coating layer is applied to the outer surface of the paper sheet layer. The two sides of the composite paper layer are joined together to form a joint section. The two ends of the straw body are a first port portion and a second port portion, which are axial extensions of the joint section. The end edges of the first port portion and the second port portion respectively form a first flat surface and a second flat surface. In addition, a reinforcing section is provided on the inner edge of the straw body, which covers the joint section.

[0005] With the above structure, the present invention provides a reinforcing section on the inner edge of the straw body to increase the stability and bonding strength of the joint section and improve the overall structural strength of the straw body. At the same time, a second coating layer is applied to the inner surface of the paper layer and a third coating layer is applied to the surface of the reinforcing section, thereby making the straw body waterproof and durable. Simple Explanation of the Diagram

[0006]

[0007] [Figure 1] is a perspective view of a preferred embodiment of this invention.

[0008] [Figure 2] is a schematic diagram of the action of folding the composite paper layers into the straw body of this creation.

[0009] [Figure 3] is a schematic diagram of the composite paper layer after it has been folded.

[0010] [Figure 4] is a schematic diagram of a preferred embodiment of [Figure 3] along section line 4-4.

[0011] [Figure 5] is a magnified view of part A in [Figure 4].

[0012] [Figure 6] is a schematic diagram of another embodiment of [Figure 3] along section line 4-4.

[0013] [Figure 7] is a magnified view of part B in [Figure 6].

[0014] [Figure 8] is a finished product image of the paper straw structure of this creation. Implementation

[0015] Please refer to Figures 1 to 5, which show a preferred embodiment of this invention, which discloses a paper straw structure comprising:

[0016] A straw body 10 has a composite paper layer 11, which is composed of a paper sheet layer 111 and a coating layer 112. The coating layer 112 is applied to the outer surface of the paper sheet layer 111. The two sides of the composite paper layer 11 are joined together to form a joint section 12. The two ends of the straw body 10 are a first port portion 13 and a second port portion 14, respectively. The first port portion 13 and the second port portion 14 are axial extensions of the joint section 12. In addition, a reinforcing section 15 is provided on the inner edge of the straw body 10, which covers the joint section 12.

[0017] The first port portion 13 and the second port portion 14 respectively form a first flat surface 131 and a second flat surface 141 at their end edges.

[0018] To further understand the structural features, technical means employed, and intended effects of this work, its usage will be described below. This will provide a deeper and more concrete understanding of the work.

[0019] Referring to Figures 4 and 5, it can be seen from the figures that, after cross-section, the composite paper layer 11 of the straw body 10 is composed of the paper sheet layer 111 and the coating layer 112, and the coating layer 112 is applied to the outer surface of the paper sheet layer 111. The inner edge of the straw body 10 is provided with the reinforcing section 15, which covers the joint section 12, thereby thickening the inner layer of the straw body 10, thereby increasing the stability and bonding strength of the joint section 12, and improving the overall structural strength of the straw body 10.

[0020] Referring to Figures 6 and 7, another embodiment of the invention is disclosed, which differs from the aforementioned preferred embodiment in that a second coating layer 113 is applied to the inner surface of the paper layer 111, so that both the surface and the inner surface of the paper layer 111 are waterproof. A third coating layer 151 is also applied to the surface of the reinforcing section 15, in order to increase the waterproofness of the reinforcing section 15 and improve its durability.

[0021] Furthermore, referring to Figure 8, after the two sides of the composite paper layer 11 are joined together to form a tube, the second end portion 14 is cut by a cutting tool (not shown in the figure) to form a beveled surface 142 on the end face of the second end portion 14, thus completing the finished product.

[0022] In conclusion, this invention has excellent progressiveness and practicality compared to similar products. Furthermore, after reviewing technical data on this type of structure both domestically and internationally, no identical structure has been found in the literature. Therefore, this invention meets the requirements for a utility model patent, and an application is hereby filed in accordance with the law.

[0023] However, the above description is only one preferred embodiment of this invention. Therefore, any equivalent structural changes made by applying the specification and claims of this invention should be included within the scope of this invention.
