Description

Reinforced lifting bed structure Technical Field

[0001] This invention relates to a reinforced lifting bed structure, particularly a lifting bed with a reinforced linkage assembly structure. Prior Technology

[0002] In conventional lift bed structures, as shown in Figures 1 and 2, an upper support rod 93 and a lower fixed rod 92 are connected to each side of the bed board 90 and bed base 91. A short connecting rod 94 and a long connecting rod 95, with a higher front and lower rear angle, are pivotally connected between them via a shaft 96. The upper support rod 93 and the long connecting rod 95 are connected to the two ends of a telescopic pneumatic rod 97 via pivots 98. Utilizing the relevant fulcrum configuration of each rod and the weight of the bed board 90, the bed board 90 is closed onto the bed base 91. When the user applies force to initially lift the bed board 90 a short distance, the movable rod of the pneumatic rod 97 can continuously and forcefully push the long connecting rod 95, causing the upper support rod 93, short connecting rod 94, and long connecting rod 95 to automatically open into the lifted and positioned state shown in Figure 1.

[0003] However, in conventional lifting bed structures, the bed base 91, lower fixed rod 92, upper support rod 93, short connecting rod 94, long connecting rod 95, and pneumatic rod 97 are connected to each other on one side. This makes them prone to skewness and deformation under long-term use. Furthermore, the pivot 98, bearing the thrust of the pneumatic rod 97 on one side, experiences even more severe skewness and deformation, leading to friction and noise between the pneumatic rod 97 and the pivot 98. Therefore, how to solve these problems is a pressing research topic for industry professionals. Summary of the Invention

[0004] The main purpose of this invention is to connect the tilting device to the two inner sides of the installation space of the tilting bed. The tilting device uses a U-shaped upper support rod, two front rods, two rear rods and a pneumatic rod to form a double-sided connection structure to achieve a stable and balanced force output and force support effect, and to make it safer and more durable.

[0005] To achieve the above objectives, this invention provides a reinforced lift bed structure, comprising a bed base, a bed board, and two lifters. The bed base has a front side panel, a rear side panel, and two opposite outer side panels around its base. The bed base also has inner side panels erected parallel to each of the two outer side panels on its base. The outer side panels and their corresponding inner side panels form a front-to-back extending, upward-facing installation space, and the two inner side panels form a storage space. The bed board is located on the bed base. The two lifters are correspondingly positioned in the two installation spaces of the bed base. Each lifter includes an upper support rod, a front connecting rod, a rear connecting rod, and a gas spring. The upper support rod is a U-shaped rod extending front-to-back corresponding to the opening. The bed board is fixed to the two lifters. On the support rod; the front connecting rod includes two front rod plates whose top ends are pivotally connected to the front ends of the upper support rod on both sides, the front connecting rod extends downward into the installation space, and the bottom ends of the two front rod plates are pivotally connected to the outer and inner side plates respectively; the rear connecting rod is located behind the front connecting rod, the rear connecting rod includes two rear rod plates whose top ends are pivotally connected to the front support rod on both sides, the rear connecting rod extends downward into the installation space, and the bottom ends of the two rear rod plates are pivotally connected to the outer and inner side plates respectively; the pneumatic rod has a cylinder and a movable rod extending out of the cylinder, one end of the pneumatic rod is at least pivotally connected to the inner side of the upper support rod or the rear connecting rod; when force is applied to lift the rear end of the bed board upward, the pneumatic rod extends and exerts force to drive the upper support rod, the front connecting rod, the rear connecting rod and the bed board to lift and position upward.

[0006] The aforementioned reinforced lifting bed structure has multiple fixing holes along the length of the top of the upper support rod, and multiple bolts at the bottom of the bed board. Each bolt passes through a corresponding fixing hole and is fitted with a nut to secure the upper support rod.

[0007] In the aforementioned reinforced lifting bed structure, the upper support rod is connected to the top of the two front rods and the two rear rods by first pivot members to form a pivot connection.

[0008] In the aforementioned reinforced lifting bed structure, the bottom ends of the two front rods and the two rear rods are each laterally connected to a second pivot member to form a pivot connection, and the two ends of the second pivot member are fixed to the outer side plate and the corresponding inner side plate.

[0009] In the aforementioned reinforced lifting bed structure, the upper support rod is provided with a first shaft behind the top of the rear connecting rod, and the installation space is provided with a second shaft behind the bottom of the rear connecting rod. The two ends of the pneumatic rod are connected to the first shaft and the second shaft respectively.

[0010] In the aforementioned reinforced lifting bed structure, a first shaft is provided on the inner side of the middle section of the rear connecting rod, and a second shaft is provided in the installation space in front of the rear connecting rod. The two ends of the pneumatic rod are connected to the first shaft and the second shaft respectively. Simple Explanation of the Diagram

[0025] Regarding the technical means and their effects adopted in achieving the above objectives, feasible embodiments are provided below, along with accompanying drawings:

[0026] First, please refer to Figures 3 through 10. As can be clearly seen from the figures, this reinforced lift bed structure includes a bed base 1, a bed board 2, and two lift mechanisms 3, wherein:

[0027] The bed seat 1 has a front side panel 11, a rear side panel 12, and left and right opposite outer side panels 13 erected around the base plate 15. The bed seat 1 also has an inner side panel 14 erected parallel to each of the two outer side panels 13 on the base plate 15. The outer side panels 13 and the corresponding inner side panels 14 form an installation space 16 that extends forward and backward and has an upward opening. The two inner side panels 14 form a storage space 17.

[0028] The bed board 2 is located on the bed base 1, and two rows of multiple bolts 21 are installed at the bottom of the bed board 2.

[0029] The two flippers 3 are respectively installed in the mounting spaces 16 on both sides of the bed base 1. The flipper 3 includes an upper support rod 31, a front connecting rod 32, a rear connecting rod 33, and two gas springs 34 and 340, wherein:

[0030] The upper support rod 31 is a U-shaped rod that extends forward and backward and faces downward, corresponding to the opening of the installation space 16. The top of the upper support rod 31 has a plurality of fixing holes 311 along the length direction, and each bolt 21 at the bottom of the bed board 2 passes through the fixing holes 311 (see Figure 9), and is fitted with a nut 22 to fix the upper support rod 31, so that the bed board 2 is fixed on the upper support rod 31 of the two flippers 3.

[0031] The front connecting rod 32 includes two front rod pieces 321 whose top ends correspond to the front ends of the upper support rod 31 on both sides, and each is connected to a first pivot member 35 of the pull pin type to form a pivot connection. The front connecting rod 32 extends downward into the installation space 16. The bottom ends of the two front rod pieces 321 correspond to the outer side plate 13 and the inner side plate 14, and are connected laterally to a second pivot member 36 to form a pivot connection. The second pivot member 36 and the nut 361 are fixed to the outer side plate 13 and the inner side plate 14 respectively. The bolt type second pivot member 36 passes through the through hole 18 of the inner side plate 14 and the through hole 322 of the two front rod pieces 321 (see Figure 10), and is then locked to the nut 361 pre-embedded in the outer side plate 13, and is also locked with two nuts 362 to restrict the position of the two front rod pieces 321.

[0032] The rear link 33 is located behind the front link 32. The rear link 33 includes two rear rod pieces 331 whose top ends correspond to the two sides of the upper support rod 31, and each is connected to a first pivot member 35 of the pull pin type to form a pivot connection. The rear link 33 extends downward into the installation space 16. The bottom ends of the two rear rod pieces 331 correspond to the outer plate 13 and the inner plate 14, and are connected laterally to a second pivot member 36 to form a pivot connection. The second pivot member 36 and the nut 361 are fixed to the outer plate 13 and the inner plate 14 respectively. The bolt type second pivot member 36 passes through the through hole 18 of the inner plate 14 and the through hole 332 of the two rear rod pieces 331 (see Figure 10), and is then locked to the nut 361 pre-embedded in the outer plate 13, and the two nuts 362 are locked in conjunction to restrict the position of the two rear rod pieces 331.

[0033] The pneumatic rods 34 and 340 each have a cylinder 341 and a movable rod 342 extending from the cylinder 341. Please refer to Figures 10 to 12. The cylinder 341 and the movable rod 342 are each connected to a connector 343. The upper support rod 31 and one end connector 343 of the pneumatic rod 34 are pivotally connected to a first shaft 37 at the rear end of the rear connecting rod 33. The installation space 16 and the other end connector 343 of the pneumatic rod 34 are pivotally connected to a second shaft 38 at the rear end of the rear connecting rod 33, so that the two ends of the pneumatic rod 34 are connected to the first shaft 37 and the second shaft 38 respectively. The connecting rod 33 has a first shaft 37 in the middle section of the connecting rod 33, and the mounting space 16 has a second shaft 38 in front of the connecting rod 33. The two ends of the other pneumatic rod 340 are connected to the first shaft 37 and the second shaft 38 respectively, so that one end of the two pneumatic rods 34 and 340 are respectively pivotally connected to the inner side of the upper support rod 31 and the inner side of the rear connecting rod 33.

[0034] When the user applies force to initially lift the rear end of the bed board 2, the two lifting devices 3 use the two gas springs 34 and 340 to extend and exert force, thereby driving the upper support rod 31, the front connecting rod 32, the rear connecting rod 33, and the bed board 2 to lift and position themselves. When the user closes the bed board 2 again, the two lifting devices 3 use the gas springs 34 and 340 to buffer the descent speed and gravity of the bed board 2 and the mattress, allowing the bed board 2 to slowly descend towards the bed seat 1, and then the bed board 2 closes onto the bed seat 1 from top to bottom (see Figures 3 and 5). In the process of lifting and closing the bed board 2, the lifting devices 3 use the U-shaped upper support rod 31, the two front rods 321, the two rear rods 331, and the gas springs 34 and 340 to form a double-sided connection structure, achieving a stable, balanced force output and force support effect, and making it safer and more durable.

[0035] Please refer to Figures 10 to 14. The pneumatic rods 34 and 340 of the flipper 3 have locking blocks 344 extending radially from both sides of the connector 343. The threaded portions 392 at both ends of the connecting seat 39 are locked between the two first shafts 37 using screw holes 371. The screw holes 381 of the second shaft 38 are locked together with the pre-embedded nuts 382 to the connecting seat 39. This allows the connectors 343 and the two locking blocks 344 of the pneumatic rods 34 and 340 to be directly inserted into the connecting holes 391 and slots 393 of the corresponding connecting seats 39. Then, the pneumatic rods 34 and 340 are rotated 90 degrees to position the two locking blocks 344 of the connector 343 in the circumferential slots 394 of the connecting seat 39, achieving rapid and secure assembly and positioning.
