Description

Detachable container structure Technical Field

[0001] This invention relates to a container structure, particularly a container in which the lid and body can be separated to form a accommodating space, and a structural design is provided at their junction for applying force to improve the operability of the user when opening the container. Prior Technology

[0002] Most existing container structures consist of a lid and a container body. Users can open the container and remove the contents by separating the lid from the body. Common containers often have a smooth outer surface, or only simple anti-slip textures in certain areas, to facilitate gripping and opening.

[0003] However, the aforementioned structure still presents several inconveniences in actual use. For example, when the container surface is too smooth or the anti-slip structure is insufficient, the user is prone to slipping when opening the lid, making it difficult to control the force applied and thus affecting the stability and convenience of the opening operation. In addition, even if some existing containers have textures, they are mostly for decorative purposes and do not effectively provide a clear position for applying force, requiring the user to repeatedly adjust the grip position, causing inconvenience in operation.

[0004] Furthermore, the junction between the lid and the body of existing containers is mostly flush or has a single contour design, lacking structural features that allow fingers to apply force. This makes it difficult to provide sufficient frictional resistance and a fulcrum for force application when opening, especially when hands are wet or insufficient force is applied, making it more prone to slipping or difficulty in opening.

[0005] In view of the above-mentioned shortcomings, it is necessary to provide an improved container structure to improve the inconvenience of opening operation in the existing technology. Summary of the Invention

[0006] The main purpose of this invention is to provide a detachable container structure, which, by setting a specific force-applying structure at the junction of the lid and the body, allows the user to obtain a better grip and force application effect when opening the container, thereby improving the convenience and stability of operation.

[0007] To achieve the above objectives, this invention provides a detachable container structure comprising a lid and a body detachably connected to the lid, wherein the lid and the body together define an accommodating space; the outer periphery of the lid is radially convex relative to the outer periphery of the body, while the corresponding position of the body is recessed; and a serrated boundary structure is formed at the junction of the lid and the body, thereby creating multiple exposed force application areas in the circumferential direction, allowing the user to grip and apply force when opening the lid, thereby improving operational stability and anti-slip effect.

[0008] Therefore, this new invention can solve the problems of existing containers being prone to sliding when opened, having difficulty in controlling the force applied, and lacking a clear position for applying force.

[0009] In this novel embodiment, the serrated dividing structure is formed by a plurality of protrusions and recesses arranged circumferentially to provide a continuous force application profile; the protrusions and recesses may be unequally spaced or irregularly arranged to increase the variability of the structure and avoid the limitation of force application in a single direction; the force application area is distributed circumferentially, allowing the user to apply force in different directions; the cover and the body may be joined by one or a combination of threaded structure, snap-fit structure or pressure-fit structure; the bottom of the body is provided with a flat support surface to facilitate stable placement of the container; and the accommodating space can be used to hold food, candy or other items.

[0010] Based on the above description, the features and effects of this novel invention are briefly summarized as follows:

[0011] 1. The structure design of the cover protruding outward and the body inward inward creates a clear force application area, making it easier for users to grip and open.

[0012] Second, the serrated dividing structure enhances friction and anti-slip effect when opening, thereby improving operational stability.

[0013] Third, the design of the force application area distributed circumferentially allows users to apply force in different directions, improving ease of use.

[0014] Fourth, by employing various connection methods, the appropriate connection form can be selected according to actual needs, thereby enhancing the structural applicability.

[0015] 5. By setting up a flat support surface, the container can be placed stably and prevented from tipping over.

[0016] VI. This new invention has a storage space and can be practically used to hold items, thus possessing practicality. Simple Explanation of the Diagram

[0019] Figure 2 is a three-dimensional exploded view of the present invention;

[0020] Figure 3 is an exploded perspective view of another embodiment of the present invention;

[0021] Figure 4 is a cross-sectional schematic diagram of the present invention;

[0022] Figure 5 is a schematic diagram of the use of this new invention. Implementation

[0023] The following are illustrations of embodiments of the present invention, but the structure, configuration and implementation of the present invention are not limited thereto.

[0024] Please refer to Figures 1 to 5. The present invention provides a detachable container structure 1, which includes a cover 10 and a body 20 that can be detachably combined with the cover 10, wherein the cover 10 and the body 20 together define an accommodating space 30 for containing items.

[0025] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the cover 10 and the body 20 can be combined or separated to open or close the accommodating space 30. In this embodiment, the cover 10 and the body 20 are arranged vertically, but their relative positions are not limited thereto.

[0026] As shown in Figures 1 and 4, the outer periphery of the cover 10 is radially convex relative to the outer periphery of the body 20, while the corresponding position of the body 20 is recessed, forming a stepped profile at the junction of the two. Through this relative arrangement of the convex and recessed sections, an exposed structural area can be formed on the outer periphery of the container structure 1, which is convenient for the user to grip and apply force.

[0027] Furthermore, as shown in Figures 1 and 2, a serrated boundary structure 40 is formed at the junction of the cover 10 and the body 20. This serrated boundary structure 40 is formed by a plurality of protrusions 41 and recesses 42 arranged circumferentially. In this embodiment, the protrusions 41 and recesses 42 may be arranged at unequal intervals or irregularly to increase the variability of the structure, but they may also be arranged at equal intervals, and are not limited thereto.

[0028] By using the aforementioned serrated dividing structure 40, combined with the outward protrusion design of the cover 10, multiple exposed force application areas 50 can be formed in the circumference. These force application areas 50 are distributed along the circumference, allowing users to grip and apply force from different directions, thereby improving the operational stability and anti-slip effect when opening the cover 10.

[0029] As shown in Figure 3, the way the cover 10 and the body 20 are connected can be a connection structure 70. The connection structure 70 can be one of a threaded structure, a snap-fit structure or a pressure-fit structure or a combination thereof, so as to achieve the function of fixing and separating the cover 10 and the body 20, but its specific form is not limited to this.

[0030] As shown in Figure 4, the bottom of the main body 20 is provided with a flat support surface 60 so that the container structure 1 can be stably placed on the plane and avoid tipping over.

[0031] As shown in Figures 4 and 5, the accommodating space 30 defined by the cover 10 and the body 20 can be used to accommodate items 80, such as food, candy or other items, but is not limited thereto.

[0032] When a user wishes to open the container structure 1, they can grasp the circumferential force application area 50 and apply a rotating or pulling force to the cover 10, causing the cover 10 to separate from the body 20, thereby opening the containing space 30 to remove the item 80 inside. When closing, the cover 10 can be reattached to the body 20, restoring the containing space 30 to a closed state.

[0033] Based on the above structural description, the features and effects of this novel invention are briefly summarized as follows:

[0034] 1. By having the outer periphery of the cover 10 convex outward relative to the outer periphery of the body 20, and the corresponding position of the body 20 having an inward structure, a stepped profile is formed at the junction of the two, which can form an exposed force application area 50 on the outer periphery of the container, so as to facilitate the user's grip and application of force.

[0035] Second, a serrated dividing structure 40 is provided at the junction of the cover 10 and the body 20. The serrated dividing structure 40 is composed of multiple protrusions 41 and recesses 42, which can increase the friction effect when in contact and thus improve the stability of the opening operation.

[0036] Third, by means of the circumferential distribution of the protrusions 41 and the recesses 42, which can be unequally spaced or irregularly arranged, the force application area 50 is distributed in multiple points in the circumferential direction, allowing the user to apply force in different directions and improving ease of use.

[0037] Fourth, the lid 10 and the body 20 can be connected by a threaded structure, a snap-fit structure or a press-fit structure, so that the container structure 1 can choose an appropriate connection method according to different needs, thereby improving the flexibility of use.

[0038] 5. The flat support surface 60 at the bottom of the main body 20 ensures that the container structure 1 can maintain a stable state when placed, preventing it from tipping over.

[0039] VI. The accommodating space 30 defined by the cover 10 and the body 20 can be used to accommodate items 80, such as food, candy or other items, thus giving the present invention practical value.
