Description

Oil-filled leveling device Technical Field

[0001] This invention is an oil-filled bag leveling device, specifically an oil-filled bag leveling device used to level oil-filled bags. Prior Technology

[0002] Some microwaveable or instant food products include an oil packet in their packaging, allowing consumers to add seasonings according to their preferences to enhance the flavor of the food.

[0003] In modern oil pack manufacturing, oil is filled and sealed into multiple spaced bags on a long strip of oil pack material. An identification tag is placed between every two adjacent bags on the oil pack material. The oil pack material can be divided into multiple oil packs by using a packaging device to identify the position of the identification tag and cut the bag of the oil pack material to facilitate subsequent filling and sealing operations.

[0004] However, when the long bags are filled with oil, the oil packs are easily folded and stacked, causing creases on the identification labels. This makes it difficult for the packaging device to identify the position of the identification labels when the bags are cut, thus affecting the cutting operation. Summary of the Invention

[0005] The main purpose of this invention is to provide an oil pack leveling device, which aims to improve the current situation where, during the sub-packaging and cutting process, the identification labels on the oil pack strip are easily bent and creased, making it difficult for the sub-packaging device to identify the position of the identification labels and thus affecting the cutting operation.

[0006] To achieve the aforementioned objective, the oil-filled material leveling device of this invention can input and level an oil-filled material strip. The oil-filled material leveling device includes: A housing includes a housing and a cover. The housing has a heating space with a lateral opening inside. The housing has an inlet, an outlet, and an air inlet communicating with the heating space. The inlet and outlet are located at opposite ends of the housing, and the air inlet is located at the bottom of the housing. The cover is pivotally mounted on one side of the housing and can be opened and closed to close the opening of the heating space. A leveling and conveying module includes two drive guide wheels, a plurality of driven guide wheels, two drive components, and two leveling components. The two drive guide wheels and the plurality of driven guide wheels are pivotally distributed inside a housing. The two drive components are disposed on the housing base and can be connected to control the rotation of the two drive guide wheels. The two leveling components are disposed inside the housing and adjacent to the air inlet of the housing. The oil-coated material belt can enter the heating space from the inlet of the housing, pass around the plurality of drive guide wheels, the plurality of driven guide wheels, and the two leveling components, and extend out from the outlet. A heating assembly includes a blower, an air inlet duct, and a heating module. The air inlet duct is connected to the blower and communicates with the air inlet of the housing. The heating module is disposed inside the air inlet duct.

[0007] This invention relates to an oil-filled material leveling device for leveling oil-filled material strips. The oil-filled material strip is wound around the drive guide wheel, driven guide wheel, and leveling component of the leveling and conveying module. The leveling and conveying module can drive the oil-filled material strip towards the discharge port. At the same time, the heating module can inject hot air into the heating space, so that the oil-filled material strip can be more flat during the conveying process with the assistance of the hot air and the leveling component, thereby improving the identification accuracy during subsequent cutting operations and making the cutting operation smoother.
