AI Technical Summary
Technical Problem
Existing methods for reducing vibration and noise in gearboxes are costly, difficult to manufacture, and do not effectively change the resonant frequency, necessitating further improvements.
Method used
A gearbox design featuring a first and second surrounding wall with a base wall, where the thickness of portions of these walls is adjusted using a processing model to reduce resonant frequency, thereby reducing vibration and noise.
Benefits of technology
The design effectively reduces vibration and noise by adjusting wall thickness to lower resonant frequencies, enhancing the gearbox's performance.

Abstract
A gearbox with vibration reduction and noise reduction includes a first surrounding wall, a second surrounding wall, and a base wall. The first surrounding wall surrounds a center line, and the second surrounding wall extends from the inside of the first surrounding wall toward the center line. The base wall connects the first surrounding wall and the second surrounding wall on the same side along the extension direction of the center line. The base wall includes a corresponding perforation located on the inside of the second surrounding wall. The thickness of at least a portion of the base wall and the second surrounding wall is modified according to a machining model to reduce the resonant frequency and reduce vibration and noise generated by vibration.
