The operating device interface (10) runs a training module (S2) and a test module (S3) built-in program. The operating device interface (10) displays: A sports information (S21) option displays a general display mode (S21A), wherein the general display mode (S21A) interface displays a target rotation speed bar (S211), a target wattage bar (S212), a corresponding heart rate reserve bar (S213), a heart rate zone bar (S2131), a metabolic equivalent bar (S214), a sports data bar (S215), a chart displaying current data in real time (S216), a corresponding resistance value bar (S217), and a sports mode bar (S218). The sports mode bar (S218) provides exercise equipment with eccentric exercise training function with concentric and eccentric modes available for selection; A sports prescription (S22) option provides the preset exercise method and the desired exercise effect for selecting the sports prescription to be performed; An exercise test (S31) option is provided, which allows the user (U) to perform an exercise test to estimate their oxygen uptake and optimal exercise intensity before engaging in exercise. Selecting this option leads to a test setting (S31A) interface. This interface displays a test selection (S312) for selecting a test value setting (S313) and a start test (S314) for conducting the exercise test. After starting the test (S314), a test detection (S31B) interface can be selected. This interface displays a window for measuring resting heart rate (S316). Before the exercise test begins, the user (U) is prompted to remain still for a preset time and the remaining time is displayed. The resting heart rate is measured after the preset time (S316). The user (U) is prompted before the exercise test (S31) begins. (S314) Displays a corresponding heart rate test bar (S3173) and heart rate test zone bar (S31731). The heart rate test bar (S3173) and heart rate test zone bar (S31731) are the results of the calculation of the signal from the monitoring device (30) obtained through the operating device interface (10) into the built-in program. If the heart rate exceeds the danger value of 85% for more than 30 seconds, it will be forced to enter the relief phase. The start test (S314) displays the test information (S31C) interface and performs the exercise test. The test information (S31C) interface displays a test speed bar (S3171). During the start exercise test, the test speed bar (S3171) cannot be adjusted automatically. If it is not maintained at the test speed within the preset time, it will be forced to enter the relief phase exercise test.

2. As described in Request 1, the circular motion information interface includes a target speed bar (S211) on the operating device interface (10) where the target speed can be freely adjusted during the start of the exercise. If the target speed is not maintained within the preset 30-second time period, the operating device interface (10) will end the exercise test. The target wattage bar (S212) allows the target wattage to be freely adjusted during the exercise to end the exercise, allowing the user (U) to monitor the fluctuations of their heart rate or whether the target speed has been achieved. The range of wattage calculated by the operating device interface (10) will be adjusted according to the target wattage to adjust various exercise data. If the reserve heart rate displayed in the reserve heart rate bar (S213) exceeds the preset danger value of 85% for more than the preset time of 30 seconds, the operating device interface (10) will end the exercise. The exercise data bar (S215) displays information such as exercise distance and calories burned.

3. The circular motion information interface as described in Request 1, wherein the operation device interface (10) displays: an account loading (S311) to quickly retrieve the stored user (U) test settings; a test selection (S312) to select different test modes; a test value setting (S313) to provide target values for warm-up, exercise and cool-down stages, including setting target values such as exercise time and wattage for each stage to provide calculation parameters for the user (U) to follow during each stage test; and a return (S315) to allow logged-in users (U) to select return to the homepage information to make further settings.
