Abstract
Claims
1. A Bluetooth vehicle warning system for alerting a target object whether it is approaching a vehicle, the Bluetooth vehicle warning system comprising: a target object terminal disposed on the target object, the target object terminal comprising a transmitting unit and a power supply unit, the power supply unit being electrically connected to the transmitting unit, the transmitting unit continuously emitting a Bluetooth signal; and a vehicle terminal disposed on the vehicle, the vehicle terminal comprising a processing unit, a receiving unit, an alert unit, and another power supply unit, the processing unit being signal-connected to the receiving unit and the alert unit, the receiving unit being used to receive the Bluetooth signal within a communication range, and the other power supply unit being electrically connected to the processing unit, the receiving unit, and the alert unit; Using the receiving unit as the center of a polar coordinate system, the receiving unit receives the Bluetooth signal at least once before and after a certain time interval, and transmits the received Bluetooth signal to the processing unit. The processing unit calculates whether the transmitting unit and the receiving unit are gradually approaching each other, and at least two relative angles between the transmitting unit and the receiving unit, based on a received signal strength indication technology and a Bluetooth angle of arrival technology. When at least two of the relative angles are between 0 degrees and 180 degrees in the polar coordinate system, or only when the relative angle after the time interval is between 0 degrees and 180 degrees in the polar coordinate system, and the transmitting unit and the receiving unit are gradually approaching each other, the processing unit controls the warning unit to issue a first warning.
2. The Bluetooth vehicle warning system as described in claim 1, further wherein the target object is a pedestrian, and the following conditions are not met: at least twice the relative angle is between 45 degrees and 135 degrees in the polar coordinate system or only after the interval time the relative angle is between 45 degrees and 135 degrees in the polar coordinate system, and the transmitting unit and the receiving unit gradually approach each other, then the processing unit controls the warning unit not to issue the first warning.
3. The Bluetooth vehicle warning system as described in claim 1, further wherein the target object is a pedestrian, and when the vehicle is switched to reverse gear, if at least two relative angles are between 225 degrees and 315 degrees in the polar coordinate system, or only after the interval time are the relative angles between 225 degrees and 315 degrees in the polar coordinate system, and the transmitting unit and the receiving unit gradually approach each other, then the processing unit controls the warning unit to issue a second warning.
4. The Bluetooth vehicle warning system as described in claim 1, further wherein the target object is a special vehicle, and when the relative angles at least twice are not between 0 and 180 degrees in the polar coordinate system, or only the relative angles before the interval are between 0 and 180 degrees in the polar coordinate system, and the transmitting unit and the receiving unit gradually approach each other relative to each other, the processing unit calculates an angular change in the relative angles before and after the interval; only when the angular change is between 0 and 45 degrees, the processing unit controls the warning unit to issue a third warning.
5. The Bluetooth vehicle warning system as described in claim 1, further wherein the transmitting unit broadcasts the Bluetooth signal using Bluetooth Low Energy technology, and the Bluetooth signal contains an identification code; after receiving the Bluetooth signal, the processing unit identifies the target object as a pedestrian or a special vehicle based on the identification code; and the processing unit then determines whether to control the warning unit to issue the first warning.
6. The Bluetooth vehicle warning system as described in claim 5, further comprising a display unit, the display unit being signal-connected to the processing unit and electrically connected to the other power supply unit; when the processing unit controls the warning unit to issue the first warning, the processing unit controls the display unit and / or the warning unit to indicate the relative angle of the target object terminal relative to the vehicle terminal, and / or to indicate whether the target object is the pedestrian or the special vehicle.
7. The Bluetooth vehicle warning system as described in claim 1, further wherein when the processing unit calculates whether the transmitting unit and the receiving unit are gradually approaching each other based on at least two Bluetooth signals, the processing unit continues to determine whether to control the warning unit to issue the first warning only when the signal strength of the Bluetooth signal after the interval is greater than a threshold.
8. The Bluetooth vehicle warning system as described in claim 1, further comprising, when the vehicle is a special vehicle, the vehicle terminal includes another transmitting unit, the processing unit is signal-connected to the other transmitting unit, and the other power supply unit is electrically connected to the other transmitting unit; the other transmitting unit continuously transmits another Bluetooth signal for reception by another vehicle terminal on another vehicle.
9. The Bluetooth vehicle warning system as described in claim 1, further wherein the target object is a pedestrian, the target object terminal is attached to the pedestrian's clothing or personal belongings, or the target object terminal has a strap, the target object terminal being attached to a part of the pedestrian's body through the strap.
