Abstract

The exterior wall panel of this moldless relief-shaped wall structure comprises a first long plate, a first connector, and a relief layer. The first long plate has a first outer side and a first inner side. The first connector is disposed on the first inner side, and one end of the first connector has a first connecting portion. The relief layer is integrally formed on the first outer side. The moldless relief-shaped wall structure comprises an inner wall panel, one second outer side of which is attached to an exterior wall surface, and one second inner side of which has a second connector. An outer wall panel has a first outer side and a first inner side, and the first inner side has a first connector. There is a pouring space between the outer wall panel and the inner wall panel. A connector connects the first and second connecting portions of the first and second connectors respectively, thereby positioning the inner and outer wall panels.

Claims

1. An exterior wall panel for a mold-free relief-shaped wall, comprising: A first long plate having a first outer side and a first inner side disposed in opposite directions; a first connector disposed on the first inner side, one end of the first connector having a first connecting portion; and an embossed layer integrally formed on the first outer side.

2. The exterior wall panel of the moldless relief-shaped wall as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first long plate has a first side and a second side that are parallel to each other, the first side has a first connecting portion, the first connecting portion has a plurality of first protrusions and recesses arranged at intervals; the second side has a second connecting portion, the second connecting portion has a plurality of second protrusions and recesses arranged at intervals.

3. The exterior wall panel of the moldless relief-shaped wall as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first long plate has a first side and a second side that are parallel to each other; one of the two first long plates has a first connecting portion on the first side, the first connecting portion having a chamfered bevel; the other first long plate has a second connecting portion on the second side, the second connecting portion having another chamfered bevel, so that the two adjacent first long plates are positioned at a bending angle.

4. The exterior wall panel of the moldless relief-shaped wall as described in claim 1, wherein the first long plate system includes: A panel layer is stacked and bonded to the relief layer, and the relief layer has a textured surface; the panel layer includes a first concrete. An interface layer, which is stacked and bonded to the panel layer, the interface layer comprising modified silane and fine particulate filler; and a substrate layer, which is stacked and bonded to the interface layer, the substrate layer comprising a second concrete; the other end of the first connector is bonded to the substrate layer, the interface layer and the panel layer.

5. The exterior wall panel of the formwork-free relief-shaped wall as requested in item 4, wherein the first concrete system is high-performance concrete (HPC) and the second concrete system is ultra-high-performance concrete (UHPC) including steel fibers and nano-silica.

6. The exterior wall panel of the moldless relief-shaped wall as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first connector includes a first transverse rod, a first support rib and a second support rib, one end of the first support rib and one end of the second support rib are respectively connected to the first transverse rod and form a first space; the other end of the first support rib and the other end of the second support rib are respectively connected to the first long plate.

7. A moldless relief wall structure using an exterior wall panel of the moldless relief wall as claimed in claim 6, further comprising an inner wall panel and a connector, the inner wall panel having a second outer side portion and a second inner side portion in opposite directions, the second outer side portion being for attachment to an exterior wall of a building, the second inner side portion having a second connector, one end of the second connector having a second connecting portion; a grouting space being provided between the outer wall panel and the inner wall panel for filling with concrete; the connector connecting the second connecting portion and the first connecting portion respectively, for simultaneously positioning the inner wall panel and the outer wall panel.

8. The moldless relief wall structure as claimed in claim 7, wherein the second connector includes a second horizontal bar, a first support portion and a second support portion, one end of the first support portion and one end of the second support portion are respectively connected to the second horizontal bar to form a second space; the other end of the first support portion and the other end of the second support portion are respectively connected to the inner wall panel.

9. The moldless relief wall structure as claimed in claim 8, wherein the first connecting part includes the first horizontal bar and the first space, and the second connecting part includes the second horizontal bar and the second space; the connecting member has a first straight rib and a second straight rib that are parallel to each other, the first straight rib passes through the first space, the second straight rib passes through the second space, and there is a limiting space between the first straight rib and the second straight rib for accommodating the first horizontal bar and the second horizontal bar.
