Abstract

An oscillation module with multiple coils includes at least two coils and a plurality of magnets, which are corresponding to each other. Adjacent coils have magnetic fields in opposite directions. The magnets are arranged with three magnets corresponding to adjacent coils, and these three magnets are arranged with a central magnet and two side magnets. The magnetic properties of the central magnet are opposite to those of the two side magnets. This oscillation module can reduce the number of magnets. The present invention also provides an oscillator with this oscillator module, which has a housing, a cover, and several elastic elements. The coils are disposed in the housing, and the magnets are disposed in the cover. The magnets and the cover serve as moving parts of the oscillator.

Claims

1. An oscillation module with multiple coils, comprising: at least two coils and a plurality of magnets, wherein the coils and the magnets are corresponding to each other, wherein: The winding directions of two adjacent coils are opposite, forming magnetic fields in opposite directions; the magnet system consists of three adjacent magnets corresponding to two adjacent coils, and the arrangement of the three magnets includes a central magnet and two side magnets, with the magnetism of the central magnet being opposite to that of the two side magnets.

2. The oscillation module as described in claim 1, wherein: The three adjacent magnets include a first series magnet and a second series magnet, the first series magnet being located between one of the side magnets and the middle magnet; the second series magnet being located between another of the side magnets and the middle magnet.

3. The oscillation module as described in claim 2, wherein: The width of the two series-connected magnets is smaller than the width of the middle magnet and the two side magnets.

4. The oscillation module as described in claim 1, wherein: In the corresponding coils and magnets, the number of magnets is one more than the number of coils.

5. The oscillation module as described in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein: One side of each of the three magnets is an active surface facing the coil. The magnetic properties of the active surface of the middle magnet are different from those of the active surfaces of the other two magnets.

6. An oscillator comprising: an oscillation module as described in any one of claims 1 to 5; a housing; wherein the coil of the oscillation module is disposed in the housing; a cover covering the housing; wherein the magnet of the oscillation module is disposed in the cover and corresponds to the coil, the cover and the magnet being displaced and oscillating relative to the housing and the coil; and two elastic elements respectively located on two sides of the housing and between two sides of the cover, providing elastic damping during oscillation of the cover and the magnet.

7. The oscillator as described in claim 6, wherein: The two elastic elements are respectively disposed on the two sides of the outer shell, each elastic element having a sheet body that can flex elastically; the two sides of the cover are respectively connected to the sheet bodies of the two elastic elements.

8. The oscillator as described in claim 7, wherein: The cover has a connecting part on each side, which is used to connect the sheet body of the two elastic elements respectively.

9. The oscillator as described in claim 6, wherein: The outer casing has a perforated portion; the coil is installed in the perforated portion.

10. The oscillator as claimed in claim 9, comprising: a circuit board connected to the coil and located in the open portion; and a connector connected to the housing and the circuit board.
