Abstract

This invention provides a detachable Velcro pad fixing structure for women's close-fitting sports pants (such as yoga pants) for inner layer installation. The pad consists of a skin-friendly layer, a cushioning layer, and a stabilizing layer. An ultra-thin, flexible Velcro loop is positioned at the corresponding location on the stabilizing layer, which combines with the ultra-thin, flexible Velcro hook surface on the inner side of the pants to form a stable, detachable, washable, and skin-friendly fixing system. The Velcro fixing piece uses a concealed embedding method to reduce protrusions and improve fit, resulting in a smooth, seamless appearance and effectively improving the shape of the intimate area and addressing embarrassing lines. This invention features high breathability, stability, and comfort, making it suitable for everyday and sports wear, and is also replaceable and environmentally friendly.

Claims

1. A detachable Velcro-felt sanitary pad fixing structure, suitable for women's underwear, characterized in that: the sanitary pad includes a skin-friendly layer, a cushioning layer and a stabilizing layer; a Velcro-felt fastening piece is provided on the stabilizing layer and is attached to the Velcro hook side corresponding to the inside of the underwear; thereby forming a detachable adhesive fixing system; and the edges of the sanitary pad are sealed with three layers of fabric by heat pressing.

2. The structure as described in claim 1, wherein the Velcro fastener is less than 3 mm thick, flexible and does not scratch the skin.

3. The structure as described in claim 1, wherein the Velcro fastener is concealed and embedded between the buffer layer and the stabilizing layer.

4. The structure as described in claim 1, wherein the cushioning layer of the pad is made of an elastic material with compression-rebound properties to reduce the feel of the Velcro edge.

5. The structure described in any one of claims 1 to 4, after installation, can conform to the curve of the female private parts and improve the embarrassing line of appearance.

6. The structure described in any one of claims 1 to 4 retains the adhesive strength and complete function of the Velcro after repeated washing.
