Abstract

This invention relates to a folder that can be converted into a three-dimensional box shape, mainly comprising a cover, a back cover, and inner pages or loose-leaf clips fixed to the inside of the back cover. The cover and back cover are connected so that they can be opened and closed relative to each other. The inside of the cover has a box lid, which includes a first vertical plate, a second vertical plate, and two horizontal plates forming a rectangular structure. The first vertical plate is located between the cover and the back cover, the second vertical plate is located on the outside of the cover, and the two horizontal plates are arranged parallel to each other on the upper and lower edges of the cover and connected to the first vertical plate and the second vertical plate. When the front and back covers are unfolded, the lid can be folded flat and fitted to the inside of the front cover. When the front cover is closed with the back cover facing down, the lid can be folded into a three-dimensional box to create a storage space for the inner pages. An extension tab extends from the outer edge of the back cover, which can be used to attach and secure the lid with main and auxiliary magnets. This structure combines the functions of a regular folder and a three-dimensional storage box, allowing users to switch between flat and three-dimensional states as needed, enhancing document protection and portability.

Claims

1. A folder that can be converted into a three-dimensional box shape, having a cover and a back cover, wherein an inner page or a loose-leaf clip is fixed on the inner surface of the back cover, the inner page being joined to the back cover by heat fusion or ultrasonic means, and the cover and the back cover being able to open and close relative to each other, characterized in that: the inner surface of the cover has a lid portion, when the cover and the back cover of the folder are in a state of relative opening, the lid portion can be flat and attached to the inner surface of the cover, and when the cover is closed towards the back cover, the lid portion on the inner surface of the cover of the folder can form a three-dimensional lid, and the inner page or loose-leaf clip located on the inner surface of the back cover is accommodated in the three-dimensional lid.

2. A folder that can be converted into a three-dimensional box shape as described in request item 1, wherein, The cover has an inner edge and an outer edge opposite to the inner edge, and the back cover has an inner edge and an outer edge opposite to the inner edge; the box lid includes a first vertical plate, a second vertical plate, and two horizontal plates forming a rectangle.

3. A folder that can be converted into a three-dimensional box shape as described in claim 2, wherein, The first vertical plate is located between the front cover and the back cover, and has two parallel first long sides that connect to the inner edges of the front cover and the back cover respectively to form a fold line; the second vertical plate has two parallel second long sides, one of which connects to the outer edge of the front cover to form a fold line; the two horizontal plates are arranged parallel to each other on the inner surface of the front cover, each horizontal plate including a plate portion, an inner flap and an outer flap, the plate portion having a parallel upper long side and a lower long side, and inner end portions and outer end portions located at both ends in the length direction, the inner end portion integrally extending the inner flap, and the outer end portion integrally extending the outer flap; the inner flap is connected to the first vertical plate in a right-angled triangle; the outer flap is connected to the second vertical plate in a right-angled triangle.

4. A folder that can be converted into a three-dimensional box shape as described in claim 3, wherein, The inner fold is a right-angled triangle with an inner fold hypotenuse connected to the first vertical plate, and the inner fold hypotenuse slopes inward from the inner edge of the cover to the inner edge of the back cover; the outer fold is a right-angled triangle with an outer fold hypotenuse connected to the second vertical plate, and the outer fold hypotenuse slopes inward from the outer edge of the cover to the second long side of the outer side of the second vertical plate.

5. A folder that can be converted into a three-dimensional box shape as described in claim 3, wherein, The inner fold is a right-angled triangle, with its hypotenuse connected to the inner end of the horizontal plate, forming the first long side of the inner fold perpendicular to the first longitudinal plate; the outer fold is a right-angled triangle, with its hypotenuse connected to the outer end of the horizontal plate, forming the second long side of the inner fold perpendicular to the second longitudinal plate.

6. A folder that can be converted into a three-dimensional box shape as described in claim 4, wherein, The inner flap is connected to an inner connecting piece by an oblique edge to be attached to the first longitudinal plate; the outer flap is connected to an outer connecting piece by an oblique edge to be attached to the second longitudinal plate; when the cover and the back cover are closed, each inner flap folds towards and abuts against the first longitudinal plate, and each outer flap folds towards and abuts against the second longitudinal plate.

7. A folder that can be converted into a three-dimensional box shape as described in claim 6, wherein, Two horizontal panels extend from the cover as a whole, and the lower long side of each horizontal panel is connected to the upper edge and lower edge of the cover to form a zigzag line.

8. A folder that can be converted into a three-dimensional box shape as described in claim 7, wherein, When the cover and back cover are closed, each inner flap folds and rests against the first vertical plate, and each outer flap folds and rests against the second vertical plate; each inner flap and outer flap is equipped with a flap magnet, which can be attracted to a corresponding vertical plate magnet attached to the second vertical plate.

9. A folder that can be converted into a three-dimensional box shape as described in claim 8, wherein, A back cover extension sheet is connected to the outer edge of the back cover in a folded line. When the front and back covers are closed, the back cover extension sheet folds and rests against the second longitudinal plate. The back cover extension sheet is attached with one or more main closing magnets, which can be attracted to the corresponding secondary closing magnets attached to the second longitudinal plate.

10. A folder that can be converted into a three-dimensional box shape as described in claim 9, wherein, These folded magnets, longitudinal plate magnets, covering main magnets, and covering secondary magnets are all thin sheets attached by bonding.
