Abstract
Claims
1. A drug cutting and packaging system, comprising: A box includes a main body, a plurality of drawers and a medicine bag outlet, wherein the drawers and the medicine bag outlet are disposed on the main body; Multiple medicine cutting modules are placed in one of the drawers. Each medicine cutting module includes: a track assembly, which includes a motor, a screw, a push rod, a loading platform, and a medicine outlet. The screw assembly is disposed on the motor, and the push rod assembly is disposed on the screw. The loading platform extends along a first direction, and the medicine outlet is disposed at one end of the loading platform in the first direction. The motor drives the screw to reciprocate the push rod on the screw along the first direction. A medicine placement part is disposed on the track assembly and located at the other end of the loading platform in the first direction. The medicine placement part includes a housing to accommodate multiple plate-shaped tablets. A tablet dispensing mechanism, disposed within the medication placement section, includes a pusher, a plurality of first stops, a plurality of second stops, and a base plate. The pusher pushes the tablets, causing one of the tablets to pass through the first and second stops. Under the stopping action of the base plate, one of the tablets flips and falls onto the placement platform. A first cutter is disposed corresponding to the placement platform. A second cutter is disposed corresponding to the placement platform, and the first and second cutters are arranged sequentially along a first direction. A controller is electrically connected to the motor, the pusher, the first cutter, and the second cutter, and controls the operation of the motor, the pusher, the first cutter, and the second cutter. A guide section is disposed on the main body and located below the drawers. A medication collection module is disposed at the bottom of the main body and corresponds to the guide section. A drug package module is disposed at the bottom of the main body and corresponds to the drug collection module and the drug package outlet; and a processor is disposed on the main body and is communicatively connected to the controller, the drug collection module and the drug package module.

The drug cutting and packaging system as described in claim 1, wherein the drug pushing component includes a drive motor, a guide screw and a push block, the guide screw is arranged along the first direction and one end is assembled to the drive motor, and the push block is movably assembled to the guide screw, the drive motor drives the guide screw to move the push block along the first direction and push the plate-shaped tablets.
