Abstract
Claims
1. An electrodialysis apparatus, comprising: a barrel having a accommodating space and a stock solution inlet, a diluted solution outlet, a concentrate outlet, and a concentrate inlet communicating with the accommodating space, the barrel also having two power connection ports; an inner electrode disposed in the accommodating space and electrically connected to one of the power connection ports; an outer electrode disposed in the accommodating space, surrounding the inner electrode, and electrically connected to the other power connection port; a cation exchange membrane and an anion exchange membrane, the periphery of the cation exchange membrane and the periphery of the anion exchange membrane being sealed to form a bag, the bag having a flow channel and two inlets communicating with the flow channel and located on opposite sides of the bag, and for winding around the inner electrode between the inner electrode and the outer electrode; and two connecting tubes for connecting the stock solution inlet and the diluted solution outlet to the two inlets respectively.
2. The electrodialysis apparatus according to claim 1 further comprises two shunt tubes, which are respectively inserted into the two inlets and outlets and used to connect the two connecting tubes respectively, and have a plurality of shunt holes.
3. The electrodialysis apparatus according to claim 1 further includes a separator mesh disposed in the receiving space and wound together with the bag body around the inner electrode.
4. The electrodialysis apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the barrel further comprises a bottom shell portion, an annular sidewall portion and a top shell portion, one of the opposite ends of the annular sidewall portion is connected to the bottom shell portion, the other of the opposite ends of the annular sidewall portion is detachably connected to the top shell portion, and at least one sealing ring is provided at the junction between the top shell portion and the annular sidewall portion.
5. The electrodialysis apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the annular sidewall portion is detachably connected to the bottom shell portion, and at least one sealing ring is provided at the junction between the annular sidewall portion and the bottom shell portion.
6. The electrodialysis apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the barrel further comprises a bottom shell portion, an annular sidewall portion and a top shell portion, one of the opposite ends of the annular sidewall portion being detachably connected to the bottom shell portion, the other of the opposite ends of the annular sidewall portion being connected to the top shell portion, and at least one sealing ring being provided at the junction between the annular sidewall portion and the bottom shell portion.
7. The electrodialysis apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 6 further comprises a separator tube disposed in the receiving space and having a plurality of through holes, the inner electrode disposed in the separator tube, and the bag body wound around the separator tube.
8. The electrodialysis apparatus according to claim 7 further includes a separator mesh disposed in the receiving space and wound together with the bag body around the separator tube.
9. The electrodialysis apparatus according to any one of claims 4 to 6 further comprises a separator tube disposed in the receiving space, detachably connected to the bottom shell portion and having a plurality of through holes, the bag body being wound around the separator tube, and at least one sealing ring being provided at the junction between the separator tube and the bottom shell portion.
10. The electrodialysis apparatus according to claim 9, wherein the bottom shell portion is provided with a positioning protrusion for positioning the separator tube.
