Abstract
Claims
1. A smart thermally conductive pavement energy system, comprising: a thermally conductive layer for absorbing thermal energy of a pavement; a closed-loop thermally conductive pipe disposed inside the thermally conductive layer, the closed-loop thermally conductive pipe having a fluid for conducting the thermal energy absorbed by the thermally conductive layer; a thermal energy conversion module circulating with the closed-loop thermally conductive pipe to perform thermoelectric conversion of the thermal energy conducted by the fluid; and a sensing and control unit adjacent to the closed-loop thermally conductive pipe for detecting changes in thermal energy to control the flow of the fluid within the closed-loop thermally conductive pipe.
2. The smart thermally conductive pavement energy system as described in claim 1, wherein the thermally conductive layer is a composite material with high thermal conductivity, the composite material may include metal powder, mineral filler, thermally conductive fiber, carbon-based material, or polymer binder.
3. The smart thermally conductive pavement energy system as described in claim 1, wherein the thermally conductive layer is laid on the pavement of a road, parking lot, roof or building exterior wall, and the closed-loop thermally conductive pipeline is integrated in the pavement by means of groove or embedding.
4. The smart thermally conductive pavement energy system as described in claim 1, wherein the thermal energy conversion module is a thermoelectric module (TEG) or a low-temperature organic Rankine cycle (ORC) module.
5. The intelligent thermal conductive pavement energy system as described in claim 1, wherein the sensing and control unit is used to sense the temperature of the pavement, and when the temperature of the pavement reaches a preset threshold, a circulation pump is started, the circulation pump causes the fluid to flow to export the heat energy for use by the heat energy conversion module, and the circulation stops when the return water temperature drops to 36°C–38°C.
