Abstract
Claims
1. An insole for improving excessive pronation in gait, comprising an insole body, a wedge-shaped forefoot pad, an arch pad, and a heel pad, wherein the insole body is a cushioning pad that provides pressure relief and rebound to the foot; the wedge-shaped forefoot pad is disposed at the position of the insole body relative to the forefoot; the arch pad is disposed at the position of the insole body relative to the midfoot; and the heel pad is disposed at the position of the insole body relative to the heel; characterized in that the wedge-shaped forefoot pad is a modular patch with decreasing thickness from the medial side of the forefoot relative to the position of the first metatarsal bone to the lateral side of the forefoot relative to the position of the fifth metatarsal bone.
2. The insole for improving gait overpronation as described in claim 1, wherein the thickness difference of the wedge-shaped forefoot pad is between 2mm and 6mm.
