Abstract

This invention relates to a continuously processing boring machine, comprising a boring tool for machining and enlarging the bore diameter, a fixing fixture for stabilizing the boring tool, and several processing components. Each processing component includes several workpieces for machining and several fixing fixtures for securing the workpieces. The key feature of this invention is that the boring tool automatically moves to the position of the next predetermined workpiece after machining, enabling batch processing. This eliminates the need for personnel to constantly replace completed workpieces around the boring machine; instead, workpieces can be replaced all at once after each batch is completed, significantly reducing labor costs and making the machining process more efficient.

Claims

1. A continuously processing boring machine, comprising a boring machine including a boring tool for processing and enlarging the diameter of a hole, a fixing fixture provided on the side of the boring tool to prevent the boring tool from shaking, and a processing component disposed below the boring tool to allow the boring tool to move vertically up and down to complete the boring process, wherein the processing component includes a number of boring workpieces for processing and a number of fixing fixtures for fixing the boring workpieces, characterized in that the boring machine can automatically move to the position of the next predetermined boring workpiece after processing, so that the boring machine can perform batch operations, and can replace all the boring workpieces after the batch operation is completed.

2. A continuously machining boring machine as described in claim 1, wherein the number of machining parts can be defined in any appropriate way.

3. A continuously machining boring machine as described in claim 1, wherein the number of workpieces to be bored and the number of fixtures can be appropriately defined.
