Abstract

An automatic hand-shaken beverage vending machine includes a paper cup circulation system, a stirring cup circulation system, and a multi-format storage system, all mounted on an ice storage base. The paper cup circulation system comprises a circulation track device consisting of multiple clamps, a cup dropping device, a dispensing device, and a cup sealing device. The stirring cup circulation system includes a stirring cup with a one-way valve, a circulation track device consisting of multiple clamps, a sugar dispensing device, a powder dispensing device, a tea extraction device, and a strong stirring device. The multi-format storage system includes multiple storage cabinets with independently opening and closing doors and a three-axis movable sliding rail device. After receiving a control signal, the vending machine operates the two circulation systems independently, and at the interface, the tea mixture from the stirring cup is poured into the paper cup. The stirring cup is then inverted, cleaned, and reused, while the paper cup is filled with mixed tea, ice is added, and it is sealed before being sent to the storage system. This new invention can fully automatically complete the preparation and storage of hand-shaken beverages, improving process efficiency and hygiene standards.

Claims

1. A hand-cranked beverage vending machine, characterized in that it comprises: a housing having an outer shell and a chamber, the chamber having at least one receiving opening; an ice storage base having an outer shell and a chamber, the outer shell being filled with insulating material, and the chamber being connected to an ice-making device; at least one cup dispensing device having a cup storage compartment and a control gate; at least one dispensing device having a storage compartment and a control gate; at least one tea extraction device having at least one heating element, a pressurizing element, and a tea storage compartment; at least one cup sealing device; and at least one circulating track device having a clamping structure for holding cups, the circulating track device being driven by a transmission mechanism driven by at least one motor for cyclic operation; and a control system electrically connected to coordinate the operation of the aforementioned devices.

2. The hand-cranked beverage vending machine as described in claim 1, wherein the outer shell of the casing has at least one vertical surface provided with a multi-compartment storage cabinet, the storage cabinet having a plurality of storage compartments, each storage compartment forming a retrieval opening communicating with the chamber, and each storage compartment having an independently openable and closable door panel on its outer side, which is electrically connected to the control system to selectively close the aforementioned retrieval opening.

3. The hand-cranked beverage vending machine as described in either claim 1 or 2 is provided with at least two sets of circulating track devices, each having at least one clamping structure; wherein the clamping structure of the first circulating track device is used to clamp at least one stirring cup, and the clamping structure of the second circulating track device is used to clamp a paper cup supplied by the cup dropping device.

4. The hand-cranked beverage vending machine as described in claim 3, wherein the lower edge of the stirring cup is provided with a one-way valve, the one-way valve is in fluid communication with the inner cavity of the cup and the outside to unidirectionally discharge the liquid in the cup, and a stirring component is provided at the bottom of the inner cavity of the stirring machine.

5. The hand-cranked beverage vending machine as described in claim 4, wherein the two sets of circulating track devices are electrically connected to the control system and are synchronously started by the control signal output by the control system, and each operates independently in a circulating manner.

6. The hand-cranked beverage vending machine as described in claim 5, wherein the two sets of circulation track devices form adjacent liquid-guiding interface areas at one end of their respective circulation paths; in the liquid-guiding interface area, the clamping structure of the first circulation track device and the clamping structure of the second circulation track device are spatially aligned such that the bottom outlet of the stirring cup held by the first circulation track device is located above the paper cup, so as to guide the liquid in the stirring cup into the paper cup.

7. The hand-cranked beverage vending machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein each of the dispensing devices is detachably mounted on the housing via a connecting member, the connecting member including a quick coupling device and a locking device, allowing each of the dispensing devices to be installed and removed independently.

8. The hand-cranked beverage vending machine as described in claim 7, wherein the control gates of each of the feeding devices are electrically connected to the control system and are driven to open and close by control signals output by the control system.

9. The hand-cranked beverage vending machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bottom surface of the ice storage base is inclined relative to the horizontal plane to form a non-zero angle, so that the contents of the chamber gather to one side of the chamber under the action of gravity.

10. The hand-shaken beverage vending machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the tea extraction device includes a high-temperature and high-pressure extraction unit for extracting tea from tea powder; the extraction unit is provided with a pressure control device, a temperature control device and a hot water injection module; and is provided with a tea residue diversion outlet, the diversion outlet being in fluid communication with a tea residue storage tank for discharging and collecting tea residue.
