Abstract

A real-time drunk driving detection and fine system verifies the driver's identity and generates an alcohol detection signal. It detects the driver's blood alcohol concentration (BAC) and generates BAC data. Based on this data, it determines if the BAC exceeds a baseline value. Upon receiving the notification, it detects the accelerator pedal being pressed and generates an output voltage signal. This signal is then assessed to determine if it exceeds a baseline value. A deduction server generates a deduction signal based on the notification signal. A linked financial account deduction module then deducts the amount from the driver's corresponding financial account, enabling immediate enforcement of fines when a driver's blood alcohol level exceeds the legal limit.

Claims

1. A real-time drunk driving detection and fine system, applicable to detecting a driver and pressing an accelerator pedal, and electrically connected to a fine-deduction server, a monitoring station server for storing facial data of a driver with a valid driver's license, and a mobile communication device, comprising: an in-vehicle alcohol detection module, which detects the driver and generates alcohol detection data with a driving alcohol concentration value based on an alcohol notification detection signal; and a smart central control processing module, communicatively connected to the in-vehicle alcohol detection module, for receiving the driving alcohol concentration value, determining whether the driving alcohol concentration value is greater than a benchmark alcohol concentration value based on the alcohol detection data, and if so, generating an accelerator pedal pressing signal. An accelerator pedal sensor, electrically connected to the intelligent central control processing module, detects the accelerator pedal being pressed based on the notification and generates an output voltage signal. The intelligent central control processing module determines whether the output voltage signal is greater than an output voltage reference value. If so, it generates a deduction notification signal, causing the deduction server to generate a deduction signal based on the deduction notification signal. A financial account deduction linkage module, electrically connected to the deduction server, deducts an amount from the driver's financial account based on the deduction signal.

The real-time drunk driving detection and fine system as described in claim 1 further comprises: an identity verification module that detects the driver generating facial detection data with driver facial information; a driver's seat pressure sensing module that detects the driver generating weight detection data with a driving weight value based on the notification weight detection signal and transmits it to the intelligent central control processing module; and a weight database module for storing the driver's weight value, wherein... The intelligent central control processing module determines whether the driver's weight value is the same as the driver's weight value based on the weight detection data. If so, it generates a start authorization signal. A start authorization module, communicatively connected to the intelligent central control processing module, receives the start authorization signal and generates a control signal based on the start authorization signal. A starter motor relay, electrically connected to the start authorization module, receives the control signal and switches from an open circuit state to a closed conducting state based on the control signal to allow current to pass through.

3. The real-time drunk driving detection and fine system as described in claim 2 further includes a starter motor electrically connected to the starter motor relay for receiving current flowing through the starter motor relay and starting it to rotate.

4. As described in claim 1, the real-time drunk driving detection and fine system terminates when the intelligent central control processing module determines, based on the alcohol detection data, that the driver's blood alcohol concentration value is not greater than the alcohol concentration benchmark value.

5. The drunk driving real-time detection and fine system as described in claim 1 shall terminate when the intelligent central control processing module determines, based on the output voltage signal, that it is not greater than the output voltage reference value.
