Abstract

This invention relates to an oil vapor recovery device, comprising: an oil storage container, a negative pressure generator, and an oil vapor separator. The oil storage container includes a storage space. The negative pressure generator is disposed in the oil storage container and includes an inlet unit, a suction unit, and an outlet unit. The inlet unit receives a driving gas to generate negative pressure in the suction unit to draw in oil vapor. The outlet unit discharges the driving gas and the oil vapor. The oil vapor separator is disposed in the oil storage container and includes a receiving unit, an exhaust unit, and an oil discharge unit. The receiving unit is connected to the outlet unit to receive the driving gas and the oil vapor. The exhaust unit discharges the separated gas to the outside. The oil discharge unit is connected to the storage space and discharges the separated oil into the storage space. During machining, using this oil vapor recovery device can effectively prevent oil vapor from spreading to the surrounding environment, thereby keeping the workpiece, spindle, clamp, and other components clean and free of oil contamination.

Claims

1. An oil and gas recovery device, comprising: An oil storage container includes a storage space; a negative pressure generator is disposed in the oil storage container and includes an air inlet unit, an intake unit, and an output unit. The air inlet unit receives a driving gas to cause the intake unit to generate negative pressure to draw in an oil vapor, and the output unit discharges the driving gas and the oil vapor; and an oil-gas separator is disposed in the oil storage container and includes a receiving unit, an exhaust unit, and an oil discharge unit. The receiving unit is connected to the output unit to receive the driving gas and the oil vapor, the exhaust unit discharges the separated gas to the outside, and the oil discharge unit is connected to the storage space to discharge the separated oil into the storage space.

The oil and gas recovery device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the oil storage container further includes a cover and a shell, the cover being disposed on the shell to jointly enclose the storage space, and the negative pressure generator and the oil and gas separator being respectively positioned on the cover.

3. The oil and gas recovery device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the oil discharge unit is plugged into and positioned on the cover, and the exhaust unit is located outside the storage space.

4. The oil and gas recovery device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the housing is provided with a vent hole for discharging oil stored in the storage space to the outside, and a plug is detachably provided in the vent hole.

5. The oil and gas recovery device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the cover includes a base and a protruding portion, the protruding portion protruding from the base and enclosing a connection space, and the negative pressure generator being inserted and positioned in the connection space.

6. The oil and gas recovery unit as claimed in claim 2, wherein the housing includes a transparent portion that allows external viewing of the storage space.

7. The oil and gas recovery device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the negative pressure generator further includes a negative pressure gauge for quantifying and displaying negative pressure suction data.

8. The oil and gas recovery device as claimed in claim 1, further comprising at least one hanging part disposed on the oil storage container for hanging.

The oil and gas recovery device according to any one of claims 1 to 8 further includes a connecting pipe, a portion of which is inserted into the storage space and connected to the output unit, and another portion of which is located outside the storage space and connected to the receiving unit.

The oil and gas recovery device as claimed in claim 3, further comprising at least one hanging part and a connecting pipe, the at least one hanging part being disposed on the oil storage container for hanging, a portion of the connecting pipe being inserted into the storage space and connected to the output unit, and the other portion of the connecting pipe being located outside the storage space and connected to the receiving unit; the housing having a drain hole for discharging oil stored in the storage space to the outside, a plug being detachably disposed in the drain hole; the cover comprising a base and a protruding portion, the protruding portion protruding from the base and enclosing a connection space, the negative pressure generator being inserted and positioned in the connection space; the housing comprising a transparent portion allowing external viewing of the storage space; the negative pressure generator... The device also includes a negative pressure gauge for displaying negative pressure suction data; a plurality of screws are threaded through the corners of the cover and positioned in the housing; the oil drain unit is funnel-shaped; the exhaust unit is cylindrical and has a plurality of exhaust holes; the entire housing system is made of a transparent material; the cover is made of an opaque material; at least one hanging part is a through hole and is located on the cover; the cover also has a through hole and a plug hole, the through hole being located between the protrusion and the plug hole, the through hole being for the passage of the connecting pipe, and the plug hole being for the insertion of the oil drain unit; the connection space is connected to the storage space, and the output unit is located in the connection space; a plurality of pads are located on the side of the housing facing away from the cover.
