At least one light-emitting unit is disposed on the surface of the substrate. The first reflective layer is disposed on the surface of the substrate and surrounds the at least one light-emitting unit. The at least one optical layer correspondingly covers the top of the at least one light-emitting unit. The second reflective layer is disposed on a first surface of the first reflective layer away from the substrate and surrounds the side surface of the at least one optical layer. The second reflective layer has different optical properties than the first reflective layer. The width of the at least one optical layer in a first direction is greater than the width of the at least one light-emitting unit, and the side surface of the second reflective layer extending in the first direction does not exceed the side surface of the first reflective layer.
