Abstract

This invention proposes a dynamic food processing cost calculation system based on traceability codes. The production data database first receives source batch data containing input quantities and input costs. During processing stages such as carcass grading and cutting, a traceability code is generated for each unit and a label is affixed, simultaneously establishing a traceability record. In subsequent mixing, packaging, or reprocessing stages, on-site terminal devices scan existing traceability codes as input. The dynamic food processing cost calculation system calculates the total input cost based on the traceability record and allocates it to each output item according to the output quantity and estimated selling price, including the residual costs of by-products and scrapped items. The calculated cost value is written to the corresponding traceability record in the cloud database, and source profit and loss and departmental profit and loss reports are automatically generated for inventory evaluation and food safety traceability management.

A cloud database connected to the cloud server; multiple field terminal devices, each of which includes a barcode reader, a label printer and a human-machine interface screen, wherein the barcode reader is configured to read traceability codes or source batch codes affixed to physical items, and the label printer is configured to print labels with traceability codes. And a network for enabling the production management server, the cloud server and the field terminal device to communicate with each other, wherein the production management server is configured to synchronize at least traceability records and their cost information in the production database to the cloud database for remote access via the network.

2. The food processing cost dynamic calculation system as described in claim 1, wherein the on-site terminal devices are respectively configured in different processing areas, and each of the on-site terminal devices is connected to the production management server via wired or wireless means.

3. The food processing cost dynamic calculation system as described in claim 1, wherein at least one of the field terminal devices is further coupled to a scale, the scale being configured to provide the net output quantity and / or net return quantity of the physical item.

4. The food processing cost dynamic calculation system as described in claim 1, wherein the production data database includes at least: A source batch table is used to store the source identification code, input quantity and input cost of the source batch; a traceability record table is used to store traceability records indexed by traceability codes, the traceability records including at least the output net quantity, cost value and status field; and a processing history table is used to store the correspondence between the input traceability code set and the output traceability code set of at least one processing stage.

5. The food processing cost dynamic calculation system as described in claim 4, wherein the production data database further includes a first-level correspondence table for storing the hierarchical correspondence between the total traceability code and the lower-level traceability code set, and the total traceability code includes the pallet-level total traceability code and the intermediate-level total traceability code, while the lower-level traceability code set includes the project-level traceability code set and / or the intermediate-level total traceability code set.

6. The food processing cost dynamic calculation system as described in claim 4, wherein the production data database further includes a material requisition record table for recording material requisition information and return information, and the material requisition information and return information include at least the original net quantity requisitioned, the net quantity returned, and the actual net quantity consumed, and the actual net quantity consumed is determined based on the difference between the original net quantity requisitioned and the net quantity returned.

7. The food processing cost dynamic calculation system as described in claim 4, wherein the status field of the traceability record table includes at least a first status and a second status, the first status indicating that it is in stock and the second status indicating that it has been sold, and the traceability record table further includes a gross profit field for storing the realized gross profit value obtained based on the selling price and cost value.
