Abstract

A combination male and female buckle includes at least one flexible module base plate. A grid structure is protruding from a first side surface of the flexible module base plate. On the corresponding second side surface, near the first end, a first extension plate extends out. A second extension plate extends from the top of the first extension plate away from the second side surface and toward the first end, extending away from the first end. This creates a receiving groove between the first extension plate, the second extension plate, and the flexible module base plate. On the second side surface, near the second end, a first protrusion extends out. Furthermore, when the flexible module base plate is disposed on a building surface, it can bend to any degree to conform to the building surface.

Claims

1. A combination male and female buckle, comprising: at least one flexible module substrate (1) having a first side (1a), a second side (1b), a first end (1c), and a second end (1d), wherein the first side (1a) and the second side (1b) correspond to each other, and the first end (1c) and the second end (1d) correspond to each other and are adjacent to the first side (1a) and the second side (1b), wherein a grid structure (11) and a first extension plate (121) extend from the first end (1c), and at least one other grid structure (11) extends from a surface of the first side (1a), and the first extension plate (121) extends from a surface of the second side (1b) and from the first extension plate (121). The extension plate (121) extends away from one top of the flexible module substrate (1) and extends towards the first end (1c) to form a second extension plate (122). The second extension plate (122) extends away from the first end (1c) to form a receiving groove (123) between the first extension plate (121), the second extension plate (122) and the bottom of the grid structure (11) located at the first end (1c) to form a substrate female snap-fit structure (12). On the second side (1b) of the surface, a first protrusion (131) extends near the second end (1d) to form a substrate male snap-fit structure (13). The bottom of the grid structure (11) located at the first end (1c) is slightly higher than the bottom of the other grid structures (11); when the flexible module substrate (1) is disposed on a building surface (W), the flexible module substrate (1) will bend to any curvature of the building surface (W) so that the flexible module substrate (1) fits the building surface (W).

2. The combined male and female snap fastener as described in claim 1, wherein the flexible module substrate (1) is a plurality of flexible module substrates (1), and one of two adjacent flexible module substrates (1) is snapped into the female snap fastener (12) of the other two adjacent flexible module substrates by means of the male snap fastener structure (13) of the substrate, so that the two adjacent flexible module substrates (1) are fixed together with each other.

3. The combined male and female buckle as described in claim 1 or claim 2, wherein each of the plurality of grid structures (11) is spaced apart by a distance between adjacent pairs.

4. The combined male and female snap fastener as described in claim 2, wherein the first extension plate (121) of the female snap fastener structure (12) is perpendicular to the second side (1b) of the flexible module substrate (1), and the second extension plate (122) is perpendicular to the first extension plate (121) and parallel to the second side (1b) of the flexible module substrate (1), and the first protrusion (131) of the male snap fastener structure (13) is perpendicular to the flexible module substrate (1), such that the male snap fastener structure (13) of one of two adjacent flexible module substrates (1) is correspondingly snapped into the female snap fastener structure (12) of the other.

5. The combined male and female snap fastener as described in claim 4, wherein the second extension plate (122) of the base plate female snap fastener structure (12) extends from the first extension plate (121) beyond the grille structure (11) located at the first end (1c), such that a top end of the second extension plate (122) is a distance from the side of the grille structure (11).

6. The combined male and female buckle as described in claim 5, wherein the extension plate of the base plate female buckle structure (12) has a plurality of base plate fixing holes near the top end, so that a construction worker can more easily lock the flexible module base plate (1) to the building surface (W).

7. The combined male and female buckle as described in claim 1 further includes a first side plate (2), and a second protrusion (211) extends from one end of the first side plate (2) and from one side surface adjacent to the end to form a side plate male buckle structure (21), the side plate male buckle structure (21) being used to engage with the substrate female buckle structure (12) of the flexible module substrate (1) so that the first side plate (2) is connected to the first end (1c) of the flexible module substrate (1).

8. The combined male and female fastener as described in claim 7, wherein the first side plate (2) has two grille side plates (22) protruding from the other side surface of the second protrusion (211), and a grille cover plate (23) is provided between the two grille side plates (22), and a plurality of side plate fixing holes are provided through the first side plate (2) located between the two grille side plates (22), so that a plurality of fasteners (S) pass through the plurality of side plate fixing holes to lock the first side plate (2) to the building surface (W).

9. The combined male and female buckle as described in claim 1 further includes a second side plate (3), and the second side plate (3) includes a side plate grid structure (31), and a curved plate (321) extends below the side plate grid structure (31), and a groove (322) is formed between the side plate grid structure (31) and the curved plate (321), so that the second side plate (3) forms a side plate female buckle structure (32).

10. The combined male and female buckle as described in claim 9, wherein a plurality of side plate fixing holes are provided at one end of the curved plate (321) away from the side plate grid structure (31), the plurality of side plate fixing holes being used for a plurality of locking fasteners (S).
