Abstract

This invention provides a vehicle unlocking and communication system, which includes a vehicle and a mobile carrier. The vehicle includes a biometric information acquisition unit, a storage unit, a control module, and a vehicle operation unit. The mobile carrier includes a transceiver and a display unit. The control module enables the vehicle operation unit by comparing biometric data output by the biometric information acquisition unit with registration data stored in the storage unit. When the vehicle operation unit generates an operation signal, the control module receives the signal, generates an output signal based on the operation signal, and transmits it to the transceiver. The transceiver controls the display unit to display at least one event based on the output signal, thereby solving the problems of inconvenience in unlocking motorcycles by requiring physical keys or proximity cards and poor warning effects after unlocking in the prior art.

Claims

1. A vehicle unlocking and communication system, comprising: a vehicle, comprising: a biometric acquisition unit for outputting biometric data; a storage unit for storing registration data; a control module electrically connected to the biometric acquisition unit and the storage unit, the control module comprising a comparison unit, a control unit, and a wireless transmission unit; and at least one vehicle operation unit electrically connected to the control module; and a mobile carrier communicatively connected to the vehicle, the mobile carrier comprising a transceiver and a display unit electrically connected to the transceiver; wherein... The comparison unit compares the biological data and the registration data and outputs a comparison result to the control unit. The control unit enables the at least one vehicle operation unit based on the comparison result. When the at least one vehicle operation unit generates an operation signal, the control unit receives the signal and generates an output signal based on the operation signal. The wireless transmission unit receives the signal and transmits it to the transceiver via a wireless transmission interface. The transceiver controls the display unit to display at least one event based on the output signal.

2. The vehicle unlocking and communication system as described in claim 1, wherein the biometric information acquisition unit is an image acquisition device, and the biometric data includes facial image data to be identified or fingerprint image data to be identified.

3. The vehicle unlocking and communication system as described in claim 1, wherein the biometric information acquisition unit is a radio device and the biometric data is voice data to be identified.

4. The vehicle unlocking and communication system as described in claim 1, wherein the biometric information acquisition unit is disposed on the dashboard of the vehicle.

5. The vehicle unlocking and communication system as described in claim 1, wherein the vehicle includes a bicycle, a conventional motorcycle or an electric motorcycle.

6. The vehicle unlocking and communication system as described in claim 1, wherein the registration data includes facial image registration data, fingerprint registration data, or voice registration data of an approved user.

7. The vehicle unlocking and communication system as described in claim 1, wherein the at least one vehicle operating unit includes the vehicle's ignition, throttle, brake, or turn signal switch.

8. The vehicle unlocking and communication system as described in claim 1, wherein the wireless transmission interface includes Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Zigbee or UWB.

9. The vehicle unlocking and communication system as described in claim 1, wherein the mobile vehicle system includes a helmet, a dashcam, a detachable headlight, or a detachable taillight.
