Abstract
Claims
1. A fire control device for an oven, comprising: A combustion control unit includes a container and a cover. The container encloses a receiving space, and the cover covers the container and has at least one through-hole, which connects the receiving space to the outside. A fuel placement unit includes an inner frame, an outer frame, and a plurality of support rods. The inner frame can be supported on the top of one of the combustion control units. The outer diameter of one of the inner frames is smaller than the outer diameter of one of the outer frames. The plurality of support rods are radially connected between the inner frame and the outer frame and are circumferentially spaced. The plurality of support rods, the inner frame, and the outer frame together define a plurality of through-holes. The fuel placement unit can hold at least one solid fuel material.
2. The oven fire control device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a height difference is formed between the inner frame and the outer frame, and each of the support rods extends obliquely from the inner frame to the outer frame.
3. The oven fire control device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the inner frame is set lower than the outer frame.
4. The oven fire control device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the fuel placement unit is detachably placed in the combustion control unit.
5. The oven fire control device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the radial cross-sectional dimension of one of the support rods is smaller than the radial cross-sectional dimension of one of the inner frame; and the radial cross-sectional dimension of one of the support rods is smaller than the radial cross-sectional dimension of one of the outer frame.
6. The oven fire control device as claimed in claim 1, wherein two adjacent support rods gradually move away from each other circumferentially from the inner frame toward the outer frame.
7. The oven fire control device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the outer frame is further provided with a plurality of circumferentially spaced hanging parts.
8. The oven fire control device as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a receiving unit, wherein the combustion control unit is housed within the receiving unit, the outer diameter of the container is smaller than the inner diameter of the receiving unit and the two together define a combustion space and a combustion port, the combustion space is for accommodating a fuel, each of the support rods passes radially through the combustion port, and the plurality of through holes communicate with the combustion space.
9. The oven fire control device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the radial cross-sectional dimension of one of the support rods is smaller than the radial cross-sectional dimension of one of the inner frame; the radial cross-sectional dimension of one of the support rods is smaller than the radial cross-sectional dimension of one of the outer frame; the outer diameter of the inner frame is smaller than the outer diameter of one of the cover and is placed on the cover; two adjacent support rods gradually move away from each other circumferentially from the inner frame to the outer frame; the outer frame is further provided with a plurality of circumferentially spaced hanging portions; the oven fire control device further includes a receiving unit, the combustion control unit is received within the receiving unit, the outer diameter of the container is smaller than the inner diameter of the receiving unit and the two together define a combustion space and a The combustion port and combustion space are for accommodating fuel. Each of the support rods passes radially through the combustion port, and the plurality of through holes communicate with the combustion space. The plurality of hanging parts are detachably hung on the accommodating unit. The fuel is alcohol paste. The combustion control unit further includes at least one counterweight and a cooling body. The at least one counterweight is housed in the accommodating space so that the container can resist the buoyancy of the fuel and remain pressed against the bottom wall of the container without floating arbitrarily. The cooling body is housed in the accommodating space and is used to limit the high temperature point of the fuel during combustion. The cooling body is water. The solid combustion material is coconut charcoal. The inner frame is annular, and the outer frame is annular.
10. An oven comprising the oven fire control device according to any one of claims 1 to 9, further comprising: A first barrel includes a heat source placement space and a heating space connected to each other. The heating space is located above the heat source placement space and is used to accommodate the oven fire control device, which heats the heating space. A second barrel is placed into the heating space and positioned above the first barrel. A skewering device, placed inside the second bucket, includes a base, a support frame, and at least one first fork. The base includes an outer frame, and the support frame is mounted on the base. The support frame includes a plurality of inner frames and a plurality of support members. The plurality of inner frames are spaced apart and connected to each of the support members, and each has a plurality of spaced-apart insertion holes. The outer diameter of one of the inner frames is smaller than the outer diameter of one of the outer frames, and an outer accommodating space is formed between the inner frames and the outer frame. The at least one first fork includes a connecting portion and a forking portion. The connecting portion can be forked into one of the insertion holes of the inner frames or hung on one of the inner frames. The forking portion is used to fork a food ingredient. A cover is also included to cover the second bucket.
