Abstract

A recessed inductor base is suitable for mounting on a circuit board, and the recessed inductor base includes a base. The base includes a bottom surface facing the circuit board and a top surface opposite to the bottom surface, and the bottom surface includes a plurality of connecting portions. The base forms protrusions extending toward the circuit board between the connecting portions, and the top surface forms receiving grooves extending recessed toward the protrusions in corresponding areas of the protrusions.

Claims

1. A recessed inductor base, suitable for mounting on a circuit board, wherein the recessed inductor base comprises: A base includes a bottom surface facing the circuit board and a top surface opposite the bottom surface, and the bottom surface includes a plurality of connecting portions; wherein the base forms a protrusion extending toward the circuit board between the connecting portions, and the top surface forms a receiving groove extending inward toward the protrusion in a region corresponding to the protrusion.

2. The recessed inductor base as described in claim 1, further comprising: A sidewall is disposed on the outer periphery of the base and extends from the base in a direction away from the circuit board; wherein the sidewall includes a support surface for supporting a magnetic component.

3. The recessed inductor base as described in claim 2, wherein the sidewall further comprises: Two grooves are provided on the back side of the side wall opposite to the receiving groove, and the two grooves extend at intervals along the height direction of the side wall and connect the upper edge and lower edge of the side wall.

4. The recessed inductor base as described in claim 3, wherein a limiting guide portion is provided at the top of the sidewall, and the limiting guide portion is used to limit and guide the wire of the magnetic component into the two grooves.

5. The recessed inductor base as described in claim 3, wherein each of the two grooves forms a hollow area, and the hollow area is located at a central position along the extension direction of the two grooves.

6. The recessed inductor base as described in claim 1, further comprising: A plurality of terminal pieces are respectively coupled to the connecting portions, and the terminal pieces are used to electrically connect the circuit board.

7. The recessed inductor base as described in claim 1, further comprising: At least two limiting portions are disposed on the base and located on opposite sides of the protrusion; wherein, when the recessed inductor base is disposed on the circuit board, the at least two limiting portions are closer to the circuit board in the same direction than the end face of the protrusion.

8. The recessed inductor base as described in claim 1, wherein the receiving groove forms an opening on one side between the two connecting portions for a conductor of a magnetic component to be led out through the opening.

9. The recessed inductor base as described in claim 8, wherein a limiting block is provided at a central position of the opening, and the limiting block is used to divide the opening into a first wire channel and a second wire channel, so that the wires of the magnetic component can be led out from the first wire channel and the second wire channel.

10. The recessed inductor base as described in claim 1, wherein the base forms a hollow area located at a central position of the protrusion and communicating with the receiving groove.

11. A recessed inductor structure, comprising a recessed inductor base as described in claim 1, and the recessed inductor structure further comprising: A magnetic component includes: an annular magnetic core, a portion of which is housed in the receiving groove; and a coil assembly wound around the annular magnetic core, the coil assembly being formed of a flat wire.

12. The recessed inductor structure as described in claim 11, wherein the coil assembly comprises two coils, and the two coils are wound on different sections of the toroidal core.
