Abstract

A spring-loaded electromagnetic actuator is provided, comprising a top cover, an integrated receiving and connecting box, a permanent magnet, a lower plate, and a coil. The integrated receiving and connecting box includes a top wall and at least one folded side wall. The at least one folded side wall extends downward from the edge of the top wall in a direction perpendicular to the top wall to form a limiting portion, and folds at a corner of the top wall or extends and then folds along another edge of the top wall adjacent to the first edge to form a spring-loaded portion. The end of the spring-loaded portion is coupled to the inner side wall of the top cover. The permanent magnet is disposed within the integrated receiving and connecting box. The lower plate is disposed below the top cover, the integrated receiving and connecting box, and the permanent magnet. The coil is disposed between the lower plate and the permanent magnet.

Claims

1. A spring-loaded electromagnetic actuator, comprising: One top cover; An integrated receiving and connecting box includes: a top wall; and at least one folded side wall, wherein the at least one folded side wall extends downward from one edge of the top wall in a direction perpendicular to the top wall to form a limiting portion, and is folded at one corner of the top wall or extends and then folds along another edge of the top wall adjacent to the edge to form a spring arm portion, one end of the spring arm portion being coupled to an inner side wall of the top cover; a permanent magnet disposed within the integrated receiving and connecting box; a lower plate disposed below the top cover, the integrated receiving and connecting box, and the permanent magnet; and a coil disposed between the lower plate and the permanent magnet.

2. The spring-loaded electromagnetic actuator as claimed in claim 1, wherein the at least one folded sidewall extends downward from the edge of the top wall in a direction perpendicular to the top wall to form the limiting portion, and is folded at the corner of the top wall to form the spring-loaded portion, and the integrated receiving connection box further includes: At least one limiting sidewall extends downward from another edge of the top wall adjacent to that edge in a direction perpendicular to the top wall.

3. The spring-loaded electromagnetic actuator as claimed in claim 2, wherein a downward extension length of the at least one limiting sidewall is substantially the same as a downward extension length of the limiting portion of the at least one folding sidewall.

4. The spring-loaded electromagnetic actuator as described in claim 2, wherein a portion of the spring-loaded portion contacts the limiting portion.

5. The spring-loaded electromagnetic actuator as described in claim 2, wherein the spring-loaded portion has at least one through-hole.

6. The spring-loaded electromagnetic actuator as described in claim 5, wherein one edge of the at least one through-hole is substantially aligned with the corner of the top wall.

7. The spring-loaded electromagnetic actuator as claimed in claim 5, wherein the spring-loaded portion further has a forked arm laterally adjacent to the at least one through opening, one end of the forked arm being coupled to the inner sidewall of the top cover.

8. The spring-loaded electromagnetic actuator as claimed in claim 1, wherein the at least one folding sidewall extends downward from the edge of the top wall in a direction perpendicular to the top wall to form the limiting portion, and extends and folds along the extending direction of the other edge of the top wall adjacent to the edge to form the spring-loaded portion, and the integral receiving connection box further includes: At least one limiting sidewall extends downward from the other edge of the top wall in a direction perpendicular to the top wall.

9. The spring-loaded electromagnetic actuator as claimed in claim 8, wherein the spring-loaded portion of the at least one folding sidewall is adjacent to but separate from the at least one limiting sidewall.

10. The spring-loaded electromagnetic actuator as claimed in claim 8, wherein a downward extension length of the at least one limiting sidewall is less than a downward extension length of the limiting portion of the at least one folding sidewall.

11. The spring-loaded electromagnetic actuator as claimed in claim 8, wherein the spring-loaded portion has at least one through-hole.
