Abstract

A fitness device is applied to a joint of a user's limb, the joint connecting a first body part and a second body part. The fitness device includes a resistance element, which further includes: a first end fixed to the first body part via a first portion; and a second end fixed to the second body part via a second portion, wherein the first portion is connected to the second portion via a link, wherein when a relative movement occurs between the first body part and the second body part, the resistance element generates resistance to resist the relative movement.

Claims

1. A fitness device applied to a wrist joint, the fitness device comprising: A body fixed to a forearm; a connecting rod pivotally connected to the body via a first pivot joint; The device includes a force-applying part, one end of which is pivotally connected to the connecting rod via a second pivot part, and the other end of which has a handle for a hand to hold; and a resistance element, having a first end for connecting to the body and a second end connected to the force-applying part, wherein when relative movement occurs between the forearm and the hand, the resistance element generates resistance to resist the relative movement.

2. The fitness equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the resistance element is selected from one or a combination of two or more of the following: elastic band, spring, pneumatic cylinder, or electromagnetic resistance element.

3. The fitness equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the body has a retaining strap for securing the body to the forearm.

4. The fitness equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the resistance of the resistance element is adjustable.

5. A fitness device applied to a joint of a user's limb, the joint connecting a first body part and a second body part, the fitness device comprising: A main body, fixed to the first body part, and having a fixing part; It also includes a force-applying part connected to the main body via a connecting rod and fixed to the second body part, and has an actuating part, wherein a resistance element is connected between the fixed part and the actuating part, and when a relative movement occurs between the first body part and the second body part, the resistance element generates a resistance to resist the relative movement.

6. The fitness equipment as claimed in claim 5, wherein the resistance element is selected from one or a combination of two or more of the following: elastic band, spring, pneumatic cylinder, or electromagnetic resistance element, and the resistance of the resistance element is adjustable.

7. The fitness equipment as claimed in claim 5, wherein one end of the linkage is pivotally connected to the force-applying part and the other end is pivotally connected to the body.

8. A fitness device applied to a joint of a user's limb, the joint connecting a first body part and a second body part, the fitness device including a resistance element, the resistance element further comprising: A first end, which is fixed to the first body part via a first portion; And a second end, which is fixed to the second body part by a second part, and the first part is connected to the second part by a connecting rod, wherein when a relative movement occurs between the first body part and the second body part, the resistance element generates a resistance to resist the relative movement.

9. The fitness equipment as claimed in claim 8, wherein one end of the link is pivotally connected to the first portion and the other end of the link is pivotally connected to the second portion.

10. The fitness equipment as claimed in claim 9, wherein the resistance of the resistance element is adjustable.

11. The fitness equipment as claimed in claim 1, 5 or 8, wherein the resistance element further includes a damper to slow the rate at which the resistance element returns to its original state.
